Great beer, Attentive staff even when full, large well decorated rooms, great steak, I can't fault it! Should there be a sporting occasion not to be missed, then I believe your needs would be well catered for here. Having used the facilities on more than one occasion, I do keep finding my way back time and time again!

Very nice restaurant varied menu, food of high standard. The staff are very helpful and a relaxing place to dine out. It is an easy place to find and has plenty of parking, the restaurant is also within walking distance of several buses. Well worth a visit.

Stayed here four times now - always a Friday & weekend when it is considerably cheaper. Breakfast is great, very relaxed, lots of choice. Bar downstairs gets busy in the evening and Friday lunchtimes - need to book if you want to eat there. Noise is not an issue in the bedrooms even when the bar is busy. Near enough... More

We stayed at the Dutch Mill during our golf trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff in the hotel were welcoming and very helpful. The breakfasts provided a good start to the dayt. The pub downstairs offers a good selection and the service is great! Great value!

Attending a 30 year school reunion, many of us decided to stay in the Dutch Mill. Our first night coincided with the football, and whilst the bar was vibrant and alive with enthusiastic football supporters we were unable to catch up properly. The Manager very kindly allowed us exclusive use of the lovely breakfast room, where we received fantastic service... More

We often go to the Dutch Mill for drinks so when my husband didn’t want a big party for his 50th birthday but wanted a get together with friends to have food and drink, we reserved one of the booth areas in the bar. This was ideal as friends could come and go, he didn’t have the pressures of the... More

We have stayed here many times and we keep coming back due to the warm and friendly welcome, value for money, clean well equipped rooms and the legendary Dutch Mill breakfast. 15 minute walk from Union Street which is where the city center shopping area starts. The hotel has a lively bar but the rooms are well isolated from the... More

Our group of 14 had gathered for a surprise 50th birthday. We had rooms over 2 floors of the hotel, each one comfortable and quiet. The staff couldn't have done more to make this weekend special. Whoever trains them deserves a pat on the back. We had a private room available to us from around lunchtime and were able to decorate... More
