I was greeted by the proprietor Elizabeth a very pleasant lady who made me feel most welcome. She showed me to a lovely spacious room that was very clean, tidy and well laid out. All the necessary extras were available, tea & coffee making facilities including biscuits. There was plenty of storage facilities and more than enough fluffy towels There...

I was very lucky to find this place. Rooms are very clean, bright and specious. Very good location in center of Aberdeen. The owner is very kind and helpful. I had my first full Scottish breakfast and so far it is best one I had so far. Greg

I stayed here with my wife, and we had a great time. Braeside B&B was recommended to us from our colleagues who happily stayed there earlier. We were visiting the city for a long weekend. Absolutely great experience. The hostess take a great care for us. Elizabeth is the best hostess which we ever met. She was very helpful and...

I stayed here recently with my husband whilst visiting Aberdeen. We picked Breaside as it had been recommended to us. After reading other reviews in tripadvisor I made the booking. Well where do I start: great location to shopping, cafes, restaurants and bars. Very comfortable and clean room. The biggest attraction is the owner, Elizabeth!! She is so welcoming and...

Very convenient for centre of Aberdeen. Good breakfast cooked to order. Unfortunately, noise of people walking transfers easily from other rooms. My bed had a chemical smell (a cleaner or freshener, I guess) which although not unpleasant, didn't allow me to breathe fresh air and I had pretty poor sleep. I completed the night with a towel wrapped around my...

I stayed here in November 2014 for the weekend with some friends, it was fantastic! Everything was very clean and convenient, the location was also very close to downtown Aberdeen. The best part about the guest house though is the owner, Elizabeth. Elizabeth was incredibly funny, friendly, and helpful. She was able to offer us some great advice about the...

I staid here for two nights with three of my friends during a long-weekend hiking trip. We had a lovely time at the guest house and traveling outside of Aberdeen to our various hiking locations! Elizabeth was extremely accommodating of our sleeping arrangement even when we called to book fairly last minute. She even made us a delicious full Scottish...

“There is only one room with an ensuite, which was booked already so we book one of the other rooms which shared a bathroom with one other bedroom. This caused no problems and wouldn't let this put people off should the ensuite room be booked.”

“Not all rooms are en-suite - some have shared toilet & shower facilities leading off the landing. Rooms at the front face the road, but it is not too busy, and the double glazing reduces any traffic noise.”
