Having used many Premier Inns, I would put this one in my top three. Stayed for 5 nights and the staff were absolutely brilliant, helpful with a bit of fun as well. The only draw back, being in the centre of town, limited parking, would suggest to book in early.

What a great hotel. Wonderful welcome on arrival. Room spotlessly clean and fresh. Meal on evening and breakfast both lovely and served by friendly helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay their and both slept like logs!!

My sister and I came to Aberdeen for the weekend. Having worked as a receptionist in more than twenty years ago for, at that time Travel Inn, I knew the standards were high. From the moment we entered I knew we were not going to be disappointed. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful particularly the receptionist that welcomed...

Reputation of Premier Inn's is a little predictable - reliable but nothing amazing. However, this one surpassed itself due to the exceptional service of Zana! I arrived late following a long flight delay and even though the kitchen was closed - Zana offered me a bowl of soup which was oh, so welcome. Little touches and such a caring attitude...

The Staff could not have been nicer, and were very helpful. The breakfast was good but if you order wait till you have had your fruit or cereal or you get the poached egg etc before you are ready to eat it so gets cold. The menu for dinner was really varied, though due to meeting family we did not use...

Woken up several times by boy racers at stupid oclock so request rooms at back and breakfast was cold. Rooms are lovely, spacious and well equipped but my pillows were rubbish. Toilet wasn't the cleanest either, bath and sink ok but toilet pan a bit grotty round the seat. Didn't put me off though and would stay again.

Stayed one night in a twin/family room for University open day visit. Was clean and comfortable, just what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Staff were busy but courteous, breakfast was expensive at £8 odd each but you got plenty, and we took our pastries away for morning break :-) Not too far to walk from the station, between 5...
