Always stay at Premier Inn when we come to the Gymfest in Scotland. This has to be the worst one we've ever stayed in. The room wasn't cleaned to an acceptable standard, I spilt coffee granules on the floor and side and they remained there. The receptionist at the bar for food was rude .

Hi Jill Thanks for taking the time to share your review. It's a shame to hear that the level of cleanliness wasn't up to our usual standards and that you found the team member at the bar to be rude, this certainly isn't what we'd expect for our guests. I've raised your comments with the Management Team so that they...

From the moment I checked in every member of staff I saw was polite and friendly. The room was the normal great standard expected from Premier Inn. Very clean, comfortable bed and nice powerful shower in the morning. I would stay here again if in the area.

You will need a car if you stay here. A fair way outside the center. Typical premier inn. Just off the main road but quiet. Breakfast was the usual and was all cooked to order. They were very child friendly.

Cant fault the Hotel our room had been refurbed and was comfy and clean, my only gripe is the bar restaurant attached to the hotel is a little pricey, the breakfast is very nice but at £8.99 I felt a little over the top ( staying 1 night you wouldn't mind but over the course of 3 nights stay it...

We stay here every year to visit family. The rooms are clean and fresh and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We never have any problems and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We stayed at this Premier Inn for three nights. It is the same as every other inn in the chain in respect of rooms, but what makes it stand out is the members of staff. Without exception, each one we met, at reception, in the corridors and in the attached restaurant and bar were cheerful, polite and happy to help...

If you're driving and going to the AECC then this would be ideal. However, we had a change of plan and took the train so it wasn't so handy for us and although there are buses somewhere nearby, as there was children with me I took a taxi and it's £15 to get to the city centre. A taxi to...

However I would suggest that evening meals are taken elsewhere as the quality of food in the Talk Talk restaurant was very poor as was the decor and access for anyone with a mobility...

Stayed here for 3 nights at the weekend as attending a conference. The staff were very helpful. The only issue I had was the hotel being described on the website as 'universally accessible'.
