We came for a weekend break. Rhona was flexible in meeting us and had great communication before arrival. She had turned the heating on and made sure the rooms were comfortable. Everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Great location and value for money.
Clean and comfortable, large room with bay windows and comfy arm chairs. Only downside is the lack of a hot breakfast but reflected in the cost. Arrival time proved to be flexible - you get a number to call then the security code to get the access key inside. Parking is…

Great rooms in a good location close to the center of Abderdeen! The only thing that disappointed was the breakfast. Only some candy bars and fruit. Furthermore, it was fine and certainly value for money.
Very nice owners that freshly cooked a wonderful breakfast for us, comfortable and clean room with extra-large bed. Located close to the city centre so no car needed to explore Aberdeen. If we ever get back to Aberdeen, we‘ll get back to Hannah‘s.
"Quiet area so any should do"
"Bed could have been more comfortable and room should have been warm on arrival.Owner needs some manners."
"too small for two and all that other...."
"Maybe a fridge on the landing of the 1st floor would be helpful. "
"There are nice ensuite rooms, worth asking for them."
