It was a very clean and safe hotel. Despite the Coronavirus, and high local tier ratings, I felt very safe staying here. The provisions and controls in place were of a high standard and reassuring. If I am in the area again I would definitely stay here again.

Good value for money for the room very clean bed was reasonably comfortable although the blind in the room was broken and was unable to open it but the breakfast was very disappointing it didn't live up to expectation.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and efficient.Hotel clean but carpet in communal areas badly stained. Have stayed in several Village hotels , room at this location much smaller. Bed very comfortable.Park and ride nearby.

Thank you for letting us know about the carpets. We will review the carpets in all the bedroom corridors. The carpet in our hotel reception area is regularly cleaned however we will also review this area. All other communal areas of the hotel are either tiled or wooden flooring.

Excellent value for money with lovely rooms and great food. Even with Covid 19 we got a hot breakfast served by pleasant staff. Evening meal was nice also with a good choice to chose from. Would recommend to any traveller looing for accommodation in that part of Aberdeen.

Stayed at the village king wells Aberdeen for a “make the best of it” Christmas get together with 2 other couples excellent value for money at £79 for d/b and breakfast (£40) restaurant credit. Rooms all sealed on arrival having been sanitised. Lovely meal all at separate tables. Nice breakfast all felt safe and not crowded.
