Had we spent 2 days without having to contact Yulia our party of 4 would have left satisfied- nice rooms albeit a little tired and in need of a new shower curtain, good location and perfectly reasonable continental breakfast for the price. However, not the case. Yulia was so beyond rude when we raised the issue of no hot water- instead of understanding this was an inconvenience the morning of a wedding, we were met with an accusatory tone insinuating we'd somehow used all of the properties' hot water supply the night before or had been running the hot taps, as though that's how we enjoy a weekend away. After a bizarre exchange on the phone and reassurance, finally, that she'd try the booster we accepted this, had a Wim Hoff experience and laughed it off en route to the wedding. Coincidentally after this call though we noticed our WiFi stopped working. But, as mentioned in a hurry for the wedding so ignored. When returning from the wedding, 5 months pregnant and in hopes the wifi was working, it still appeared disconnected. I text Yulia at 11.15pm to reset the router and asked for the WiFi password..reply without the password, so called at 11.30pm, without getting a word out Yulia stated I should learn to 'respect boundaries,' and hung up the phone. Another weird encounter. Off to bed baffled. Before check out we went downstairs to have a quick bite to eat before heading off on a 4 hour journey, Yulia stood in the dining room sniggering saying breakfast was finished as she took away the coffee pods. Bemused at this point at how deranged and petty this woman was, we pointed out there was still 15 mins left and would be having a slice of toast after no hot water for 2 days and no t.v. As we sat and ate a slice of toast, with her informing she'd be locking the door within 5 minutes, she proceeds to circle the dining room table like a shark in some attempt to intimidate us. LOL. The whole thing was so absurd it was comical. Final bites of toast and she advises she's going to our room to 'check for damages' which, shock horror, was fruitless because we are respectable adults despite the stay. I have never encountered such an odd character, wouldn't go back but certainly provided some lolz when recounting to others when home. We haven't even attempted to be compensated, leaving was enough.

My partner and I travelled with my brother and sister in law and stayed in Peterhead for one night. We stayed in the Oriental room and they in the Parisian room both at the top of the house. Both rooms were beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. The bed was super comfy, the shower nice and hot and tea/coffee in the room was plentiful. Breakfast is Continental style so basic and self service but plentiful and tasty nevertheless. We chose to visit when the weather was cold, wet and very windy. Yuliya’s B&B gave us a toasty haven against the Peterhead elements. Would certainly stay again and would highly recommend . Super value for money.

Easy to access room through key box. Oriental Room is up alot stairs, 3 floors. It was smaller than it looked in picture but very pretty. There was a musty smell which is coming from shower drain. The bed was very comfortable and sheets soft. There was no hot water for a shower or in sink. The breakfast was disappointing could do with being laid out nicely instead of sitting in packets and more choice. The coffee filter pot was like nothing I'd seen and didn't having a pouring part which was strange. The oriental room door is right next door to Moroccan room door so it was really noisy people going into their room, felt like they were coming into mine. Wouldn't stay again but it was a nice room.

The experience was very good. I liked the access instruction, I liked the fact that you pitch up, sort yourself out, and leave. Now I do agree with the impersonality of it, and I do agree that the breakfast is a bit of a Bear Grylls endeavour, however with no Mummy bear to assist you to make your own porridge it can be lonely down there.. Funnily enough it was the first thing I mentioned to my wife on my return when she asked how I got on. I would go back though..

The room was clean and comfortable but the service was very impersonal. No one to greet you or check you in nor was anyone there to check you out. The breakfast was continental as advertised but it was poorly put together. Just bread and pastries left in their bags, a haphazard pile of fruit on the table and generic packages of meat and cheese in the fridge. Self serve breakfast is fine but at the very least the host could have made a bit of effort and at least put the items on a plate. And be there to tidy up after people. Would not recommend.

First the good bits: My partner and i travelled to Peterhead to visit the Prison museum (which was fabulous) The bedroom and bathroom at Trinity were spotlessly clean. The bed was huge and super comfy, and the bathroom was fabulous. The free standing claw bath was outstanding. We had a lovely nights sleep in great fresh bedding. The shower in the morning was hot and powerful. We didn’t meet Yuliya, but she was pleasant on the phone when we enquired about the door code. A few small negatives that would make this place 5 star. Closing the curtains was like an Olympic workout, trying to get behind the dressing table and TV in the window. The windows are all really dirty. I know it’s near the sea, but a once a week window cleaner would fix this. The main down side of this B&B is the breakfast. It’s like something out of a Youth Hostel. Guests had obviously been in the dining room the night before, leaving a bag of rubbish and all the glasses were dirty. No tables set, no napkins, horrible old bits of fruit in a bowl. And everything is a help yourself affair. This is when the owner or a staff member needs to go in early and sort everything out. Lay the tables, put out fresh ingredients, fruit, fresh bread and pastries. More than one meat and horrible 30% less fat cheese. It was really disappointing, and some small touches would make this perfect.

We loved our stay here! The room was spotless and felt fresh. The decorations were lovely, especially the mural in the bedroom - we were in the Parisian suite. The bed was so comfy as well!! The code on the door made it very easy for us to get settled without disturbing anybody. Breakfast in the morning was very relaxed and easy, we felt we could just take our time and there was a lot of options for a continental breakfast. And Yulia was able to help us with the coffee machine!! We will definitely be back ☺️

We stayed here overnight, the Regency room was beautiful. It was spacious and spotless with beautiful bedding and towels. The bathroom was amazing. I wish it was mine. I only have a couple of negatives and I hope this is constructive criticism. There was nowhere in the room to get ready. The mirror and plug socket were behind the sofa, so I had to sit backwards on the sofa to dry my hair and put on my makeup, the dressing table was in the window with the TV on it! Just a room reshuffle would make a massive difference. I’d have also preferred the original furniture instead of it being spay painted but that’s just me. Overall the house was gorgeous, we enjoyed the breakfast, there was plenty to choose from. Pity the hot tub was turned off but we’d definitely stay again. Thank you for a great night.

On our trip to the Trinity Boutique, we had serious car trouble, so our arrival was delayed by quite a few hours. We arrived roughly 3am and while the manager (Yuliya) had given me the code to enter the hotel, she had forgotten to include the code for the lockbox for the room key. I reluctantly called to get the code and Yuliya could not have been more apologetic for forgetting the code. Over the next couple of days of our stay, she was constantly asking if everything was ok. On our final day we were still waiting for the replacement car and were told it would be delivered anytime up to 6pm (checkout was at 11am) Yuliya once again was more than happy for us to leave our things in the room. Overall i couldn't fault the Boutique in any way, the friendliness of Yuliya, the selection of items in the continental breakfast and above all the cleanliness and condition of the room. If i could give a higher rating, I wouldn't hesitate !
