We stayed for 2 nights in the Regency room. It was lovely with a large bed, a sofa bed, soft linens and very comfortable. The usual large TV and hospitality tray, alas no biscuits. The en suite was amazing! A roll top, deep bath and a double shower complete with fluffy towels and decent toiletries. As the best room in a 4* bathrobes would have been nice. No hot water available despite being allowed an earlier entry. Not ideal when you need to use the facilities! Breakfast is continental but adequate providing guests haven't raided the fridge overnight to make sandwiches. We would not have been upset if the room was locked after the 6am-10am breakfast slot. We dud not see the garden and hot tub as the back door was locked all the time. Surely you don't need to pay the £15pp private hot tub fee to sit in the garden? Was a pity because we had perfect weather for a drink in the sun. Trinity is spotlessly clean, easy to access with the key codes given, it would have been nice to meet staff but that's what keeps the costs down. We would definitely stay again.

Hi guys, thank you so much for your feedback. It is unfortunate that sometimes guests take liberty and help themselves to breakfast produce at other than breakfast times, we do rely on basic manners too much, I think. We are going to install cameras and smart locks in the lounge so the vast majority of decent people's breakfast experience is not affected by chancers. We temporarily closed the garden as it has become a home to a seagull this season. There were two chicks that she reared and being very protective over them she attacked me on few occasions. So, as a precaution, the garden is closed till she moves away. Overall, I am so happy that you would return, I would be delighted to welcome you back and meet you in person.

We loved our stay here! The room was spotless and felt fresh. The decorations were lovely, especially the mural in the bedroom - we were in the Parisian suite.
The bed was so comfy as well!!
The code on the door made it very easy for us to get settled without disturbing anybody. Breakfast in the morning was very relaxed and easy, we felt we could just take our time and there was a lot of options for a continental breakfast. And Yulia was able to help us with the coffee machine!!
We will definitely be back ☺️

I stayed for three nights in the Parisian Room on a B&B basis. The room was clean and well appointed, the decor is superb, the bed comfortable, the shower warm with plentiful water. The room is on the second floor so bear this in mind if you have any infirmities. The room is at the front of the house so there is some road noise, and at night this comes from Peterhead’s over abundance of young men in cars with loud pipes. Luckily they have to be in bed by 23:30 so your sleep should not be disturbed too much.
The walls are thin between the rooms, but this can lead to listening to impromptu entertainment such as the castrato in the adjoining room singing along to the boy bands on the TV channel to which he was tuned. The Wi-Fi failed on two consecutive evenings, but I had a decent mobile signal from Three, so all was not lost.
The booking in procedure was straightforward and I was given a door code to access the place. Breakfast was in the Continental style, and there was plenty to choose from. There was plenty of tea and coffee in the rooms to make yourself a drink.
Overall a very good value stay in a town that appears to have little to offer, with a high street whose highlight is the Spex Shop with the P missing from the first word of its shop sign!

Hi Andy, I thank you for your review. I found it quite entertaining 😄. You must have been writing professionally as the style of your review really reminded me of a column in the travel magazine. I am glad that you liked your stay and would love to welcome you again. Hope that Peterhead improves and has more to offer in the future and that Spex shop owner fixes his sign...or not, people do find it entertaining 😁.

Host fails to mention that if you aren’t quick to shower in the mornings the hot water can ‘run out’.
I had come to stay with my 1 year old baby for an important appointment in the area. The room was nicely decorated and appeared to be clean. Firstly I was allocated a room on the third floor (not helpful when having a young child, a pushchair and a large suitcase) and no host/staff in sight as it is a ‘help yourself’ kind of place.
Around 11am, an hour or so before my appointment, I went to have a shower and wash my baby and it was freezing cold. I messaged the host (Yulia) and was told that there was nothing that could be done I’d have to wait an hour and what was she supposed to do. According to her I should’ve ‘showered earlier knowing you had an appointment’ and ‘what do I want her to do, boil the kettle for me?’ I became increasingly upset at the lack of care or customer service and I made this known to her. She then proceeded to kick me out with immediate affect! I was extremely upset being 600 miles away from home with my baby and now nowhere to stay and she told me she didn’t care about this that she still wanted me out of the property. Two minutes later she was apologetic and allowed me to stay and gave me a full refund after me saying that a good will gesture should’ve been made before she tried to kick me out! I believe this refund was to stop me putting a review on booking.com as the reservation was ‘cancelled’ but I was refunded my two days and could continue staying there. I would NEVER use this place again she appeared helpful prior to my booking but the way she reacted over her guests not having hot water is DISGUSTING!!

Alright, so we'll start with your first point that I "located" you into a top floor room. I said it before and will say it again, I text you directions to the room you BOOKED. Only in case of double booking of the same room I would call and explain and offer a different room, more usually an upgrade with nothing extra to pay. You, knowing that you had a pram and suitcase with you, didn't even bother to enquire which room would be better prior to booking. You checked in way pass any normal check-in time, which again, I allowed. But who did you expect to give you a hand at midnight? Now the main problem. Hot water running out. It has gone luke warm at 10.30 in the morning, this unfortunately can happen as the house was full and many people took showers that morning, also both rooms with baths in them had a bath as my caretaker heard them being filled. When I called you to explain, you were hysterical, shouting at me and not willing to wait even a minute, you were very rude and obnoxious and I don't need to put up with this attitude, I told you that it would be better for you to leave and ended a conversation. My caretaker called me a minute later to inform that we had hot water, when she run the tap in the kitchen water was scolding. I called you straight back to tell you that. You went crazy, screaming, crying, being absolutely hysterical. I heard your baby in the background braking his heart, I asked you to stop screaming, that the water was on, that if you'd calm yourself down you could stay. You continued screaming, your baby was in clear distress, I asked what amount of refund would calm you down. To be honest. At this point I really found myself concerned for your kid. I offered a full refund, I said that in order to get it we'd need to cancel the reservation as the money were prepaid to virtual and held by a booking site. It wasn't done so couldn't review. Review, it is your right. I asked if you managed to your appointment, I offered a lift, it is the truth, even you cannot deny this. I have text message trail to prove it. You assured me that your alright. I have done all this as I felt sorry for your child, but make no mistake, if not for him, I would definitely evict you right this moment, I would refund you as wouldn't want to feel that you have a right to contact me about anything at all. You stayed the remainder of your stay, you were condescending to my helper, left your stuff in the lobby to pick up later, way passed your check out, as if you had any privileges left... It is absolutely baffling to me how little self awareness you have. INSANE

First the good bits: My partner and i travelled to Peterhead to visit the Prison museum (which was fabulous) The bedroom and bathroom at Trinity were spotlessly clean. The bed was huge and super comfy, and the bathroom was fabulous. The free standing claw bath was outstanding. We had a lovely nights sleep in great fresh bedding. The shower in the morning was hot and powerful. We didn’t meet Yuliya, but she was pleasant on the phone when we enquired about the door code. A few small negatives that would make this place 5 star. Closing the curtains was like an Olympic workout, trying to get behind the dressing table and TV in the window. The windows are all really dirty. I know it’s near the sea, but a once a week window cleaner would fix this. The main down side of this B&B is the breakfast. It’s like something out of a Youth Hostel. Guests had obviously been in the dining room the night before, leaving a bag of rubbish and all the glasses were dirty. No tables set, no napkins, horrible old bits of fruit in a bowl. And everything is a help yourself affair. This is when the owner or a staff member needs to go in early and sort everything out. Lay the tables, put out fresh ingredients, fruit, fresh bread and pastries. More than one meat and horrible 30% less fat cheese. It was really disappointing, and some small touches would make this perfect.

I booked this room for 8 days as was in Peterhead for family reasons. I am a born and bred Peterheid quine. I had lovely stay in the Neo classical room first room upstairs it was big but just the right size of big so easy to heat if needed. It had everything you needed and more it was just so lovely and relaxing. Plenty plug sockets and USB ports. WiFi was great and in the evening I either sat on chaise longue with window open looking at birds on trees so relaxing. Or I pulled the dressing table chair over to the TV area and just chilled out. My last nights stay was unplanned so I had to swap rooms to the jacobean room which was ground floor with a private shower room outwith your room probably about 3 seconds walk it was gorgeous as well. I never normally would go for a non ensuite but you have sole use of it. I would stay in that room again but as its a family room and I am on own financially the Neo classical room is my go to room. Some folk have complained about the room having private toilet and not ensuite which is strange as they must have known when they booked it?? Again complaints about it being continental breakfast but it says it quite clear on website. Orange fresh fruit, Tea, coffee proper not out of jar, yogurts, fresh fruit, cheese various kinds,, ham, brioche bread, brown/white bread. I had a chair in dining room in the bay window to people watch so that became my chair for the week! I think some people are never happy if truth be told. Right on to Yuliya the owner/host what can I say except she is lovely, friendly, down to earth, would help you in any way and she makes this B&B what it is. I have never been in a B&B that has made me so relaxed and chilled. Yuliya does not stay on premises but can be contact 24/7 it is a key code to get in front door so it is very safe. Beautiful garden and patio area. Walled garden so very private. I hope this has covered everything and made you decide to book a visit. If your dissapointed in any way during your stay then I would be suprised or should that be shocked! Lol. Highly recommended. Thank you to Yuliya and her beautiful family for making my stressful week lovely. X

The check-in was self service with very clear instructions. The rooms were immaculate, nice comfy beds, super clean, towels were ready. Every room has an en-suite bathroom except the one on the first floor. The WIFI works very well throughout the whole house, parking is street parking right in front of the house. The Trinity is only a couple blocks from the center, super easy to walk to. Breakfast was very nice with help from the host. She is the most friendly, nice, lovely person with a big sense for hospitality! We would definitely stay there again if we ever visit Peterhead again. 100 % recommended! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Easy to access room through key box. Oriental Room is up alot stairs, 3 floors. It was smaller than it looked in picture but very pretty. There was a musty smell which is coming from shower drain. The bed was very comfortable and sheets soft. There was no hot water for a shower or in sink. The breakfast was disappointing could do with being laid out nicely instead of sitting in packets and more choice. The coffee filter pot was like nothing I'd seen and didn't having a pouring part which was strange. The oriental room door is right next door to Moroccan room door so it was really noisy people going into their room, felt like they were coming into mine. Wouldn't stay again but it was a nice room.

The room was clean and comfortable but the service was very impersonal. No one to greet you or check you in nor was anyone there to check you out. The breakfast was continental as advertised but it was poorly put together. Just bread and pastries left in their bags, a haphazard pile of fruit on the table and generic packages of meat and cheese in the fridge. Self serve breakfast is fine but at the very least the host could have made a bit of effort and at least put the items on a plate. And be there to tidy up after people. Would not recommend.

On our trip to the Trinity Boutique, we had serious car trouble, so our arrival was delayed by quite a few hours. We arrived roughly 3am and while the manager (Yuliya) had given me the code to enter the hotel, she had forgotten to include the code for the lockbox for the room key. I reluctantly called to get the code and Yuliya could not have been more apologetic for forgetting the code. Over the next couple of days of our stay, she was constantly asking if everything was ok. On our final day we were still waiting for the replacement car and were told it would be delivered anytime up to 6pm (checkout was at 11am) Yuliya once again was more than happy for us to leave our things in the room.
Overall i couldn't fault the Boutique in any way, the friendliness of Yuliya, the selection of items in the continental breakfast and above all the cleanliness and condition of the room.
If i could give a higher rating, I wouldn't hesitate !
