This hotel was found by chance, but what a wonderful experience. It was like going back to the 1970's, the Heartbeat era, the house style the rooms and a lovely 93 year old mum, who was so homely. What a great wee hotel........its an old house (big old house) has stuffed animals in the hall......tiger skins, bears heads etc etc even has a minstrels balcony! First and foremost, the staff / family that run this hotel are wonderful, so it pains me to say that the hotel itself isn't the greatest, in my opinion.
