Great what you see on the tin you get - plus more. absolutely spotless, comfy and warm with a fantastic breakfast. We stayed two nights and could have enjoyed to stay on for more. Highly recommend this traditional B & B.

I am one of a team of two building surveyors and we needed accomodation as close to the centre of Forfar as possible, this couldn't have been better. The standard of the rooms was excellent, imaculately clean and well presented, as was the service, nothing was too much trouble. We need another two rooms toward the end of this month,... More

I spent there night just before work, so very good central location. I had nice, cosy and very warm room. I couldn't ask for more. Breakfast was big and I felt full for long time. I would recommend this B&B to everybody who loves warm rooms and are afraid of feeling cold at night :)

This kind gentleman and his wife were actually closed for the season. They put up my two sisters at short notice and were very welcoming, It is placed in a very good position within Forfar, handy for buses etc. Nice atmosphere and very happy to help.

No car parking except out of sight public lot, no problems, but not ideal. Somewhat disappointed in accommodations for the price. Host very knowledgable to local history, interesting stories, agreeable service & willing to... More
