This is a great little bar, in an area where there aren't many good places to eat. It's the fresh lobster that you should aim for - if it's on the menu. Great wine list - lobster and Sauvignon blanc and I am in heaven. Great place for a walk followed by a pub lunch.

We stayed here during a visit to Montrose. The room was very small and cramped but but nicely decorated and more importantly it was clean. There were no surfaces to put anything on or any room for bags or cases as the width of the room was basically the bed and two side tables then the wall. It looked recently...

The cottage is huge with a large kitchen / dining area and large living space on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with multiple beds including a double, twins, additional single beds and a pull out sofa. Lots...

After spending the weekend with friends celebrating 50th Birthdays in a large hotel complex , my wife and I headed off up the east coast to explore Scotland, this was our first stop, what a find, ok we'd been used to a larger room and ensuite, but what we lost in the room we gained in the food and service,...

I do not know anything about the hotel, but we dropped by to have a bite to eat at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was nice and cozy and was not completely full. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was the rich smell of seafood soup. So, that was exactly what I ordered. The soup of the...
