We chose this B&B because of all the excellent reviews on TripAdvisor & it didn't disappoint. Donna is a charming landlady with a lot of local knowledge. She's also superhuman! She carried both our heavy bags up two flights of stairs! We had room 5, which has a separate little cloakroom & a huge bathroom both off the private entrance...

I stayed here on a one night business trip - it's excellent. Warm, clean and welcoming; I couldn't fault the accommodation. The owner is delightful and extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent. My only comment is that the options on Restaurants in Hawick is limited.

Absolutely amazing. The hotel, the decor, the food all awesome. Alex was great so friendly and always happy. Breakfast was yummy. Bloomer bread and yummy eggs with award winning black pudding. The porridge with cream and brown sugar was scrumptious. Will definitely return 😁

Stayed here for 3 nights. First the negative -there are a lot of stairs which might not suit people less mobile. The remainder is positive without a shadow of a doubt. Donna is fantastic, what a host this lovely lady is, made us welcome from the start. Our room was huge, even though it was at the front overlooking the...

Stayed as a last minute get away. Booked 2 rooms for one night. Both rooms were to a high standard with all the little extras. Both were clean and tidy. Donna was on hand to ensure any queries were answered and we loved being able to text the breakfast order to her. We had a room on the front and...
