Excellent B&B – super host, comfortable rooms, delicious food and very clean. Also in lovely location – great views from windows, network of footpaths passing front door, plus close to River Tweed for fishing and Edinburgh (via Tweedbank) for city attractions.

From the moment we arrived, til the moment we left, we both felt well looked after. Jason greeted us and offered fresh coffee. We sat outside and admired the stunning countryside views. Uta made a delicious breakfast each morning to start our day. Our large room with a large en-suite bathroom were comfortable, clean and well stocked with towels, kettle tea and coffee, soaps and shampoos.

Our second visit and just as lovely as before. Uta and Jason are the perfect hosts. Don’t plan on having any space for lunch after a huge breakfast! The rooms are gorgeous, the views are lovely. Wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in the borders. We will be back again and again.
