    Exactly what we needed. Very handy for Peebles and delightful cottage. Cosy and well equipped. Would definitely stay again if in area. Beds downstairs but quiet and private. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts.

    Fast delivery of delicious hot food!
    Ordered food on skip the dishes. The sandwiches, wings, fries and other items were all hot and great. Will use for sure again. Prices are very good. Delivery was quick and friendly even though we are at a busy downtown location with little parking.

    "Want to be waited on, choose the B&B. Want independence, choose a self-catering cottage. Can't go wrong, either way."
