Once again we stayed at The Ferintosh in Dumfries. It was very clean, comfortable and friendly. The breakfast was amazing with loads to choose from. The hosts Emma and Robertson are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had to recently spend 7 days at the "Ferintosh", following our house having major repairs. Our hosts- Emma and Robertson catered to our every need- nothing was too much trouble to them. For what they charge, the 'extras' such as dressing gowns, toiletries, sweets and biscuits, make a stay here excellent value. Extremely dog-friendly. Can recommend a stay here...

We were allowed to check in early which was nice. Hosts were very welcoming. Room was very clean and quiet (back of the house). Bed was OK. Nice to have coffee, tea, treats in our room. Generous breakfast with plenty of choices. Good location, easy to walk to town centre.
