Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Arrived to the site and was straight away impressed by the views and location. Once inside the Hut the surprises kept coming. The layout was beautiful, and the little touches such as milk and selection of local biscuits. The kitchen was full of equipment home from home. Information about local places to go. The bath was open but still private for romantic soaks with an epic view. Was the perfect romantic get away and very dog friendly

We had the most amazing time at 3littlehuts this week. We stayed in Little Oak. These shepherd's huts are super cute, with amazing views and are equipped with everything you need for a stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Cedar view is a beautifully decorated and cozy cottage with a fabulous sea view that can be enjoyed sitting outside on the porch, or inside on the plush sofa in front of the woodburning stove. A comfortable mattress and pillows ensured a good night’s sleep in complete tranquillity. It was a short stay, with the focus on relaxation, so didn’t have the time to explore the area, but will be back. Highly recommend.

Just finishing a three night stay at Little Beach and despite the weather, we’ve had a wonderful time here. The hut is perfect for a short break away from the hustle and bustle. It’s immaculately clean, well equipped and designed to use every available space. Nothing feels cramped and everything has been well thought out. We were blessed with relatively clear skies on our first night and managed to enjoy the outside bath under the stars, then a chilly dash back indoors to cosy in with the log fire and Netflix. Also managed a couple of sunset hours on the balcony rocking chairs on our 2nd night. Perfect views enjoyed with a glass of vino. Unfortunately given the weather we didn’t manage the long walks we’d planned but did explore nearby Castle Douglas and Kirkudbright, which were lovely, as well as farther afield to Dumfries and Portpatrick. Foodwise, we’d brought something prepared for our 1st night and pizzas the 2nd and about to head off to nearby Laggan Gather for our last night dinner. Amy and Murray have designed the perfect accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The little extra nibbles provided are a nice touch. Really can’t think of anything that was missing. Perfect!

What an amazing find. Took the three huts for the family and we had a fantastic night away. The huts are so well equipped with everything that was needed. Even managed a bath in the rain under the stars which was magical. Would definitely recommend this wee find

What an amazing place, the 'Hut' was kitted out to a very high standard all round, it was also spotless. I would highly recommend '3 Little Huts' and the outside bath was great. We will be back soon when weather is better to enjoy the bath more. 10/10

Found our stay at Bardristane Forge really peaceful and relaxing, with log fire to make stay cosy when weather was typically Scottish. Little extras that Amy and Murray had laid out where a nice touch. Will definitely be back to enjoy local area again.

We stayed at Little Beach just after Christmas for a birthday treat. The hut was just perfect in every way. Lovely and cosy with amazing views and near to beaches. The location is ideal. Even though it was cold we made sure we used the amazing copper bath both days - regardless of the wind, rain and cold, the bath was cosy and hot! Make sure you use it if you go! We will definitely return - thank you for a very special memory on my birthday!
