The nicest things come in the smallest parcel! Maybe small in size but always delivers. Have visited this hotel several times and have never left unhappy. It’s lovely to sit out on a lovely evening with a glass of wine. The grounds are immaculate, with table and chairs and it is very peaceful. The restaurant is first class as is the food. Rooms are very comfortable and have tea/coffee facility. There is also an iron and board. It is a short distance out of the city centre but several buses run from the town centre to right outside the hotel. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely fabulous staff who have the best attitude to work. Everyone happy and want to be there. Room was spotless and of excellent standard. Breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I have had in years. Nothing was an issue for staff and was a pleasure to see people happy at work! Can’t have a team like that without the leaders being happy!

A short stay in Dundee made better by staying there. The staff were attentive and friendly. The taxi calling system is excellent and taxis were with us in less than 5 minutes in every case. The Hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere.

A great find. Tucked away on the outskirts of Dundee this was a pleasant quiet and relaxing hotel. Both Breakfast and Evening meals were excellent quality and well priced. Hotel is a short 10-15 minute drive from centre of Dundee, and about a 10 minute walk from the botanical gardens. All staff were very friendly and helpful and are a credit to Best Western. Poor stay. Cold , uncomfortable and treated badly. Will not return. Better treatment of complaints required. Staff training essential. Have visited several times previously and have had better stays. A nice looking hotel which needs to improve its standards of customer service.

Great venue for our family get to gather we had a lovely meal and the service was great. Will book again for net occasion. We love the view out of the front windows looking over the Tay river. Menu was just what we wanted and at a very good price.

Got married here 30 October 2022 with wedding breakfast for 105 and evening reception for 140. A resounding success and have already booked our anniversary stay We were well looked after from the pre event meetings with Paul through to the day itself. The staff were professional and knew what they were doing and also friendly and happy to lend a hand or have a chat. Rooms were great and restaurant is also a great asset. 105 for the reception and another 35 in the evening and no problems at all. Much appreciated by us and by our guests. We stayed here for a wedding recently and the rooms were lovely. The hotel was great with on site parking and friendly staff. The restaurant was a good size with a great menu for evening food but also a tasty buffet breakfast. The venue itself was great for a wedding with lots of room and a great space for many guests.
