Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Third visit and just as good as I remembered. Staff very friendly & welcoming. Spacious room, super comfy bed and loved having the choice of a bath and shower (lovely deep bath & generous size shower) Great location, easy to park (£5 valid until 2pm on departure day I think) Nice view of Tay Bridge from some of the rooms.

We booked last minute for a spontaneous valentines get away. The value for money was great location was brilliant. We understood when we couldn't make a reservation for dinner as it was valentines but we made alternative plans. Breakfast was exceptional, the quality of food served was so high. Our room was clean. A few cosmetic issues that could have been repaired but didn't impact the stay too much. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay ... lovely spacious family room, good food, friendly helpful staff and a great location... perfect for the V & A and the city centre. Great pool and jacuzzi. The bed could have been comfier .. but maybe we slept on the one meant for children? They looked the same but then we noticed one was slightly lower.

Our tour group was booked into this hotel for one night. The modern hotel is located on a waterfront near the main city centre. The reception was well organised and the rooms although typically standard were well appointed. There was plenty of light from the almost full depth windows. This is a good business style hotel providing good quality accommodation and service.

I've been in the hotel dozens of times over the years for meetings, but has never stayed, so this was a first. It's in a great location for the centre of the city with an easy walk to the universities. From start to finish it was excellent. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful and quickly checked me in to my room. My well equipped room had a view over the docks, with a window taking up the entire wall. The decor was Beano inspired, spotless with a large bathroom. Breakfast was great and check out was easy.
