Excellent food in very pleasant surroundings. Staff are helpful and efficient. Reasonable portion sizes at reasonable prices.
Private dining is available for a group of 13 or more.
Drinks are reasonable but they get confused between beer and lager!

Booked a couple of days here so as we could catch up with family that we couldn’t see all through the pandemic and it was so lovely. Very clean and spacious room with bottled water and nice robes and slippers. Maybe a few more teabags and milk in the rooms please but we only needed to ask nothing was any trouble. The Blues restaurant was superb couldn’t fault the food at all it was outstanding and so was the service. Try the steak pie you won’t be disappointed! A large glass of wine slightly overpriced at £8.50 I thought ! All in all very enjoyable many thanks 🙏

The hotel overall is very nice. Tad dated in some aspects of the room and lacking some features a business traveler would expect like safe and ironing board.

That said the room was spacious and comfy and the food was lovely.

The biggest down side especially for a business traveler, the WiFi was so slow.

If you ever have to visit East Ayrshire and need accommodation I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
From reception to departure everything was perfect. Friendly, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, there is nothing negative I can say and believe me I love complaining.
The reception staff could not have been more accommodating and there is a choice of dining rooms. Guests also have the use of the recreation facilities. Pity we can only score it up to five. Hope to be back soon.

Rooms are great - big, clean and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming.
However breakfast was very disappointing. Appeared to be short staffed. Tea/ coffee was anything but plentiful. French toast is considered a luxury item charging £4 extra. Opted for a limited Scottish breakfast and found the tattie scone had never seen the frying pan, sausages hard and toast soggy. Come on Park Hotel improve your breakfast experience and make it feel four star!

We stayed her as a base for a visit to Ayr races. The building is located right next to Kilmarnock football ground, and upon arrival on Friday afternoon had a busy atmosphere and seems a popular choice with locals. There is a bright modern bar area with a good selection of beers, gins, etc. We ate in the restaurant on our first night, food was good, generous portions, and friendly service.

The rooms are also good, extremely clean, with bath and shower, complimentary robe and spa slippers. Our room was fine, but our friends couldn’t open the window in their room, which on a warm weekend was a bit annoying.

Our only slight niggle was breakfast, having booked a room only deal, we thought breakfast a little pricey, being charged for all items individually, down to glasses of juice.

The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful.

We had a good experience here, and this was a good base for our trip to the Scottish Grand National, would definitely return!

Due to Covid my Son had to rearrange his wedding and make it a much smaller celebdration than they wanted.
The staff at the Park hotel did their best to ensure the day was just as specia.
I can not thank them enough, the meal was amazing the staff could not do enough for us. Our rooms were great and very spacious for us to get ready in.
Breakfast was served at the table and could not be faulted.
Despite it being down scaled we all had a great day.
Wedding co-ordinator was so kind a very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Would reccomend thgis hotel!

This is a lovely place to stay. I arrived at about 9 p.m.on a Friday night. I was checked in by a friendly front desk gentleman. I could not get a bite in the restaurant because it was so late.

The room was very spacious. The bed had springs that were not all well covered, or so it seemed. Yet sleep was okay, probably from exhaustion after long flight to Glasgow and taxi to Kilmarnock.

The bathroom had a shower over bath. Toiletries were good quality. Plenty of hot water.

Breakfast was served at 7 a.m. promptly on Saturday and not a minute before! The spread was good and staff were willing and able to help. On Sunday however breakfast was only available from 8 a.m.and so I had sadly, to skip it because I had to leave fir my day’s assignment at half past seven.

Deserves its four star status. Happy to come back another day!

Good variety of food on offer
Waiter, David was very attentive and helpful
The food was so good, so tasty, well presented and ample to eat.
We were so full we didn't order dessert but the chef sent out a lovely combo plate with Happy birthday written in chocolate as it was my brother's birthday.
What a lovely surprise.

Was able to check in early which was appreciated after a long journey. Check in was quick and friendly, our room was amazing especially a view of rugby park(Home of Kilmarnock) everything in the bedroom was spot on and very clean, we even had bathrobe/slippers. The pavilion bar was very good, friendly staff and quick service. we actually ate twice in the Blues restaurant both times was good, the food was excellent that good I even had the fish and chips twice. However on the Sunday night visit I was told off like a 5 year old child for swearing once during my conversation (yes swearing in a restaurant or anywhere is wrong) I believe 100% it could have been handled better than shouting across a restaurant at me especially when we had a guest with us. (Duty manger was excellent when we complained about how we were spoken to).
Our accommodation included breakfast which was again very good, but as new guests I think it would have been nice to inform us about the cold buffet being included.
Because of the weather being really bad that weekend we spent most of our time in the hotel which was very enjoyable. Check out was good, we had actually forgot de-icer but fortunately a young member of staff who was only walking past reception overhead our request for the nearest shop offered us his, I believe his name was Michael,
Overall we really enjoyed our weekend that much we stopped an extra night and have rebooked again in March.
Well done to all the staff (obviously apart from the young waitress working Sunday night in the blues restaurant) give yourself a pat on the back.
