Just back from a five day break, with our Local Coach company, and must say the Isle of Man, was spotless, no litter. Now the Rutland Hotel. Could not fault it. Great Food. Pleasant Staff, and a Big Bedroom and large Bathroom. Very clean. only downside, was the room was over the Kitchen, so there was a fan noise and the rattle of pots and pans being washed etc. But overall we would go back again, no problem. We both where happy.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Lovely large room with street view. Very clean and bright, and had large windows. Brunch in the Huxley (attached) was great, and The Kyloe (also attached) served epic steaks. Disabled access was excellent. Nespresso machine was a nice touch! Continental breakfast delivered to the room was very nice. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 4 nights in a two bedroom apartment. Lovely apartment, well decorated with all amenities you could need (whirlpool bath, nice kitchen, wifi, smart TVs etc). Everything spotless when we arrived and cleaned daily. Great central Edinburgh location but very quiet once inside. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, especially if looking to do a city break with kids.

My brother-in-law, sister and I have just had a brilliant 3-night stay at The Rutland. It's a super hotel, absolutely spotless. It's very central, just next to Princes Street, and handy for a variety of buses which are very frequent. Our rooms were excellent - beautiful beds, beautifully furnished, lovely bath/shower room. High quality toiletries, and fresh milk in the fridge! All the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. We'd booked dinner at the Kyeloe Restaurant the first night, and this was stunning. A top- class meal. We all had gorgeous steaks, and the staff there were wonderful too. I'd love to go back there.
