Very welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Very attentive. Large spacious room, very clean and comfortable beds. Centrally located, bus stop very close which takes you right into heart of city Centre in 10 mins. Lovely walks around Arthurs seat on the doorstep.

Nice hotel near the downtown with bus stand next to hotel.For bread and bed this hotel is fine.we were in second floor and no lifts and we had tough time.if you have luggage opt for ground floor.Friendly owner is the advantage.
