We spent two nights at Kew House whilst we visited family in Edinburgh. Our hosts Ian and Alan could not have been more friendly or welcoming and know everything anyone might need to about Edinburgh. Our tastefully decorated ground floor room was spotless and the sherry and chocolates a nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower great. A fabulous, cooked breakfast each morning was just what we needed to set us up for the day. We have no hesitation in recommending Kew House to anybody planning an Edinburgh stay.

A lovely warm welcome from Alan and Ian set us up for our 2 night stay. The room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, a comfortable haven to retreat to at the end of the day. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice, all freshly cooked. Can not recommend Kew House highly enough

Kew House is an excellent location to stay because it is very convenient for the local buses into the Centre of Edinburgh. Although on a busy road, the House stands in its own grounds back from the road making it a quiet and peaceful location. Kew House offers every luxury a good Hotel would do. The decoration is beautiful throughout and everything spotlessly clean. The bedroom offers every comfort with a fully stocked hostess tray and excellent toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast menu offers a fantastic choice and everything is home cooked especially for you.

Very conveniently situated hotel with bus stops just a couple of minutes walk that take you into the city. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Despite being on a main road and our room being at the front, we were not disturbed at all by the traffic (and we live in a very quiet little village with no traffic noise). The large bed was very comfortable. Breakfast were very tasty - especially enjoyed the devilled mushrooms and the Scottish salmon on scrambled egg. Alan and Ian were very helpful and offered us advice on restaurants to visit.
