Hotel without soul. Location was great for work nearby as well as access to city centre by tram. Rooms are anonymous boxes which have been furnished without any attention for detail. Regular free wifi is excruciatingly slow so if you want anything else than bare text-based webpages, you'll have to pay for premium speed access. Bed was rock-hard (although that...

This Premier Inn is one of the best I have been too, short tram or train ride from Edinburgh city centre, free car parking. Rooms are spotlessly clean and have temperature control. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Buffet breakfast is well worth the money and sets you up for the day we went down nearer the end...

Great food and very helpful staff, making our visit special. Family room had 2 separate single beds for our girls - much better than a sofa bed. Restaurant choices were good and great value for money. Some noise from kids running around their room late at night but it didn't spoil our visit. Very easy to access - right outside...

We stayed as a family of four at this Premier Inn. The cost staying outside the city centre is about half that of staying in the city centre. This Premier Inn is located less than two minutes walk from the tram and then the tram takes under 20 minutes to get to York Place which is the end of the...

Very friendly and helpful staff, from check in, to breakfast, to housekeeping and check out - excellent and seemed genuinely friendly/helpful - thank you. Hotel is very new and spotlessly clean - very nicely laid out with lots of space and good use of light/colour. Rooms were a great size and perfect for relaxing. Also very clean. Bathroom was efficient...

Had a 2 night stay here nice clean rooms and friendly happy staff. Large secure car park with no problems to get a space. Great location as its adjacent to railway and tramway. Five mins from gyle shopping centre. Prefer this one to city centre.

We arrived for a 3 night break to visit relatives and celebrate a 80th birthday, despite having sat navigation it took us an hour and a half to find as it's tucked away on a trading estate, very close to tram and rail station and one you have found it its very easy but the man on the deck when...

Poor nights sleep due to someone on floor above with heavy footsteps or maybe just poor sound insulation - probably won't be back. Didn't report problem as didn't want to cause a fuss plus reception was busy when we left.
