The murrayfield Hotel and House has proven to be a a great find just outside of the city centre. Don't let this put you off as a bus stop is less than a couple of minutes walk away and the Number 26 Bus or Airlink 100 get you to the city centre in less than 15 minutes. The hotel also...

I chose this hotel as the second leg of my Honeymoon and although this hotel is in good location, my experience of my stay here was very unsatisfactory. On friday night, the DJ in the bar below played music till 12am which was could be heard form my room. The breakfast was very nice but what made my stay at...

The hotel is beautifully decorated & the service was good. Unfortunately, having a room immediately above reception, doors kept banging late into the evening & very early in the morning. Also, the windows rattled every time a lorry went passed & I am used to living on a busy road so the traffic noise would not normally bother me. Breakfast...

Arrived late and left early, but was impressed by the detail of the rooms and the big level of detail and provision. Bed was very comfortable and the large walk-in drench shower was very luxurious. Nice touch with the tV behind the large mirror. I would definitely return if I was overnighting in Edinburgh, but would arrive a lot earlier...

Working trip to Edinburgh and we're looking for a hotel which was close to the city centre, comfortable and good value. The Murrayfield Hotel ticked all the boxes. About 2 miles from the city centre, it was a pleasant walk past Haymarket. Several buses also take just a few minutes from Princes Street direct to the hotel. Pleasant staff, very...

Our room at the Murrayfield was absolutely gorgeous. We stayed two nights here at the end of our honeymoon road trip through Scotland. The staff covered our bed in rose petals in honor of our honeymoon and it was lovely. The bed was super cozy, the restaurant served good food for dinner and the location was fairly central. Thank you...

I had an extremely enjoyable and comfortable stay at the Murrayfield Hotel. The room was luxuriously furnished. Bathroom products, coffee, tea and biscuits all of great quality. Staff very professional, helpful and friendly. Although my trip was for business I would definitely stay here for pleasure. On the main bus route into Edinburgh.

An excellent hotel. Nicely decorated rooms, very nice personnel, nice breakfast and good location. Easy to jump on the bus to the Town Center. We went there before Christmas, and the hotel was dressed in grey-white-silver in a very stylish way. If we go back to Edinburgh, we will definitely use the same hotel. Warmly recommended!
