This hotel is extremely clean, well furnished and decorated and the breakfasts are superb with plenty of choice. Rowena is very friendly, helpful and solicitous. I would definitely stay again and recommend it without reservation.

I've stayed twice now at the Sheridan Guest House and already booked for my next trip. Rowena is adorable, very guest-oriented and available to help if you require assistance. The welcome is warm and friendly; rooms are impeccable, the breakfast is hearty (with fresh fruits, yogurts and your choice is made, ready to order). It's almost as if you were...

This place is amazing. Rooms are great. Bathrooms are wonderful. Furniture and style is just what makes you enjoy your time at the hotel. The dinning room is just like restraunt with calm music which just makes your breakfast another rest. Location is better than it seems. It is quiet, away from centre and for those who likes walking -...

We had such a positive experience at the Sheridan Guesthouse. The hospitality was superb and we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. There are only a handful of rooms, so it is quiet and peaceful. The rooms were cozy and extremely clean, and seem to be recently made-over, so everything appeared new. We especially enjoyed...

Very pretty and always very clean. Such good value for the hospitality you get - Rowena goes way beyond the call of duty to help you and make sure you have everything you need, her husband wasn't there when we stayed but I'm sure that's the case for him also! If I go back to Edinburgh I'll definitely try and...

This B&B has a friendly welcome, beautiful light airy rooms, delicious breakfast, and lovely touches like chocolates on pillows, nice toiletries, cosy rugs. It was a little walk out of town, but there was really good transport and it was only about a fiver for a taxi when we couldn’t be bothered. Would definitely stay again… in fact we are...

Everything the reviews said it would be, elegant, understated and fantastic. Rowena and Tom were gracious hosts, and their breakfasts were amazing. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Edinburgh. We stayed 3 nights. Just beautiful.
