Excellent service on front desk, the girl really helpful indeed when my aged mother in law wanted a different room. Rooms quite large, clean, comfortable, huge tv on wall. Bed was really comfortable. Bathroom looked brand new. Visiting son nearby and often use the very quick rail service to Waverley. Have to agree though with one or two others, the...

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were great and our room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. It was much better than another chain's hotel at Cameron Toll. My only extra wish would be for a shower with a flexible hose - it's a girl thing!) The short cheap train journey into Edinburgh was an added bonus.

This is a great base for visiting Edinburgh, East and Mid Lothian. The hotel was clean, modern, the room was comfortable. The staff in the hotel were excellent and nothing was too much of a problem for them. As we left early morning to catch a flight from Edinburgh International Airport we received a cheery good bye and best wishes...

Great place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. We stayed for three nights and travelled into Edinburgh each day. The train journey is only £3.20 return and there are lots of trains. Room very clean and breakfasts at the pub next day were very good.

The hotel was fine. Easy parking. Polite staff. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure. The associated restaurant was inferior. Bar surface was sticky. Bartender knew nothing about whisky. Condiments stored on the floor. By booking including breakfast we paid more than had we purchased the food while there.
