The room was spaceous, clean and comfortable. A very quiet night's sleep! The breakfasts were good and all the staff very friendly and helpful! Well placed to explore Edinburgh on foot - highly recommended, very good value for money.

Yes, it has a bar/lounge, but not a large one. It was never full during our 3 night stay.
