Clean and friendly place with a car park. Not quite what it seems though, you don’t stay in the manor but in an annex around the back. The WiFi is not good in the room which is of course crucial for business. You have to go outside the hotel for the evening meal across the car park but breakfast is in the hotel. Food and service was very good, all ok for the price

Stayed here for 2 nights in Dec. Reception staff on arrival not the best, just engage in a bit of conversation ...... Tell me about your hotel the facilities , ask have i been before. Premier Inns have staff that can check me in without engaging in conversation and i expect that from them. Also if i say i want to pay for my room and not have you Pre Authorise my card then just do that, ended up having to phone hotel to get me £200 pre authorised amount refunded. Hotel clean and rooms were reasonable . TV didnt work but was replaced the following day. Cooks Inn Bar & Kitchen next to hotel was a good place to dine. Depending on what you want to use the hotel for will depend on whether i would recommend . As a base it was good , to hang around and use facilities not so sure. Wedding on day of arrival , reception area was being used for photo shoot and on day of departure a funeral was taking place in the hotel. It did the job for me but like i said it was purely a base .

Arrived at grange manor and was greeted with a nice lady on reception. She held her call for me to fill out some forms. I was allocated room 304 in the annex around the back. The room was very spacious, table and chairs and large bathroom. The bed was a little small for the room but the confines totally made up for this, slept like a baby ! The rooms are a little dated which I guess fits with the manor type building, however other areas of the hotel seem a bit more modern so maybe a revamp may be due. I felt the room was clean and a pleasant stay. I had tea at the cook restaurant attached and was amazing ! The breakfast was impeccable ! We were served by Connor who was extremely attentive. They had a buffet of cereal and pastry etc and plenty of cooked options. I had the vegetarian breakfast which was served in around 5 minutes. Overall great stay would 100% return.
