I can see why this caravan site is rated 5 star. It's excellent and the cleanliness of the whole site and inside the 3bed static caravan we hired for a week 9-16th October was fantastic. I was there with my 2 school aged children- one of whom is autistic and who can easily suffer from overwhelm with crowds and noise. By luck we were positioned in a quiet spot but we're very close to the spacious swing park with a zip slide which both children loved. The reception staff could not have been more helpful when I needed help to operate heating and oven or required fresh bedding. A visiting wood fired pizza trailer came on the Saturday -much to the delight of my daughter. Inside the caravan was so spacious- and with a dishwasher- it really felt like a holiday. Storage was great and the caravan was so lovely and warm. We were a short drive down into town with access to east and west sands beaches, shops, cafes, aquarium and east sands swimming pool. Great base for exploring nearby east Neuk villages too . We were so lucky with a sunny week and enjoyed jumping waves each day. Would highly recommend.

It was exactly what was required as I had my two grandsons with me and stayed in one of the onsite lodges. The lodge was clean and spacious with an excellent kitchen living room area. also each bedroom had an ensuite. Within the site the boys used the outdoor games play area where they made different friends every day , mainly playing football. The whole campsite was in immaculate condition and made so by the friendly employees doing a stellar job. The location is perfect for easy access to St. Andrews and all it has to offer. Dundee is only a 30 minute comfortable drive away. I absolutely recommend Craigtoun Meadows for any family visiting the area.

First time to this Caravan Park and certainly not our last. Spacious pitch for our touring caravan, beautiful well maintained gardens and scenery throughout the park. Facilities, the best ever, showers or bath available. Every staff member we met, cleaning, garden, maintenance and reception staff are a credit to the company and genuinly care about the site and guests. The site has so many quirks as you walk around, that add special elements showing the care and attention of the site. So close to the centre, bus service available outside the site. Everyone on the touring site loved it, no complaints, quiet, safe, you could leave your caravan open and go away if you wanted. Entertainment, crazy golf, table tennis etc available if required. Would recommend this site.

This is a fantastic site and have been here several times. We have a touring caravan and the patio fully serviced pitch is spacious with the provision of a storage cabin and garden furniture. The site is well maintained, the toilet/shower block is spotless and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. A relaxing place for a holiday and close proximity to St Andrews and all the facilities there. Five star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely weekend in the little lodges. Theses lodges are fab!! They had bunk beds for the kids, table & chairs that went in to a double bed, tv,fridge & kettle. Toliet blocks were very clean and loads of toliets, showers and even baths. Small games room & restaurant on site and play park looked great Pitty the rain was so bad the kids couldn’t use it. At andrews town is not too far away & craightoun county park is just next door.

Great caravan site. Showers and toilets very clean. Grounds well maintained and super park for kids. Lots to do in the area for children. Pitches nicely spaced with lots of greenery. Very accessible for St Andrews, pavement the whole way if you want to walk.

We have been visiting this site for about 3 years and have usually hired a caravan, which have been very good and very clean. However on this occasion we decided to try one of their Eden Lodges. Have to say for the extra money it was really well worth it. Very spacious and comfortable. We loved it and have booked to go back in August. The staff on site are always very helpful.

Don't know didn't get on site. When booking NOTE that they do not allow pets. Booked thru a third party site. Very disappointed. Couldn't get a pitch any where close. Staff couldn't be bothered. Just said I should have used their website to book

As we don't accept bookings from third party sites, I don't understand how this could happen. Our booking system and website is very clear about our policy of limiting the number of pets at the park. If you can provide a name for this third party we can address this with them directly.

We hired one of the four little lodges for our last trip as a family of 3, before our baby boy arrives in 6 weeks. The stay was absolutely lovely. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant supplied us with a nice evening meal, for takeaway. Which was perfect for a toddler. The holiday park was very well kept, clean and quiet. Even the communal toilet and shower rooms, laundrette and washing up rooms were clean and well kept. Our little lodge was perfect for our short break, had a toaster, kettle, microwave and small under the counter fridge freezer. There is also a TV in the main room, which was great for that nighttime cbeebies for our toddler. A fresh water tap was just outside our lodge and parking for our car. If we had stayed in summer we would of definitely used the picnic bench on the decking. There was also a little park right across from our lodge (lodge no1) and the amenities, right there too. Which was perfect for 8 month pregnant lady, like myself! We would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Possibly a bigger lodge, for when baby arrives though! Thank you all for our lovely stay!
