I've stayed in many Premier Inn's, and despite it's excellent location and friendly staff, I could not recommend this particular branch. The reception desk was empty on arrival, though when a member of staff arrived (looked like coming on shift) she was apologetic and checked me in quickly. Just a bit bleak on a bleak day. Similarly, there was no...

As all Premier Inns - comfortable and clean. Unfortunately n this occasion no air extraction in bathroom caused serious condensation and was root of musky smell. However having stayed at this hotel 4+ times cannot recall this in any of the other rooms

We stayed here one night while attending a wedding nearby. We booked far in advance and it was only £31, very reasonable. Checkin is 2 and checkout isn't till 12 which is perfect for people out the night before! Check-in was very quick, all the staff extremely friendly. We were in room 620. Unfortunately the room doesn't have air con...

on arrival was asked if I wanted a 'quiet' room at the rear overlooking the courtyard, I said yes and was given 403. Air handling units on the flat roof outside my room thundered all night and I got about 1 hours sleep. I complained to reception following morning who said the maintenance man would look at it, no mention...

Stayed here for a couple of day in early December 2016. I like the Premier Inn, it's value for money. The rooms are a good size, the amenities clean, and the restaurant has some really nice food. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and would definitely stay here again, if I'm ever in Glasgow.

Great location, nice staff, breakfast good but needs to be hotter. Rooms ok, need a facelift also cleaning of rooms could be better, skirting boards, screens on window and bathroom floor all need good deep clean

Stayed overnight and found hotel to be very welcoming clean and friendly. Had an issue with disruptive guests in the room next door during the night but Scott and Natashia resolved the issue very professionally to our satisfaction . Many thanks to both of them for their positive customer service. Excellent breakfast is well recommended. We would happily stay here...

Arrived on the Monday short walk from Glasgow station. Room as expected, bed very comfortable: tv was annoying having to tune it in every time you want to use it; domestic staff very helpful; breakfast disappointing as it was Luke warm from the buffet style counter; all meals in the evening excellent: on some evenings had to wait 1 hour...

We stayed at Premium Inn Argyle Street for 4 nights. On the positive side the beds were comfortable and the staff pleasant. On the negative side maintenance and proper cleanliness at hotel was lacking. Corridors were dirty, paint in rooms flaking off , door stoppers broken, permanent and deep stains on the furniture and the free internet provided almost unusable....
