Pretty standard fare for a city centre hotel. Room was spacious and had an iron! Only downsides were a Couple of suspect stains (one looked like blood!) on the carpet and my pet hate of a pretty uncomfortable bed and pillow combo... Staff seemed really genuine and went that extra mile which was a refreshing change!

I stay here quite regularly on business and don't have a bad word to say about the place. It's always very clean, the food and drink is good and the staff are always very helpful. My first choice in Glasgow.

I stayed here for an entire week and it was a very good experience. I was very tired when I arrive and 'Max' made sure I had a quiet room so I could take a nap before my evening appointment. He and the other employees were very helpful with directions, recommendations or just to chat about my day. I'll definitely...

Nice staff, lovely contemporary decor, excellent food. The only downside and it's not the hotels fault was the constant roar of boy racers constantly lapping the hotel until the early hours of the morning. My son ended up phoning the police at 3am to have it stopped. Other than that, a good visit

Just had one of the best hotel experiences in a long time at the Novotel. Booked a normal room but unknown to me my wife called to check the arrangements as we were travelling with our dogs. In the course of the conversation our reason for the trip was my birthday. When we arrived our room was upgraded to executive...

I arrived on Christmas day and was a little worried that my room would not be ready as I was several hours early. Thankfully for me it was! I got to put everything in my room, was informed of the carpark and once completely settled I decided to stay in my room for a while. Heading down for dinner later...
