Stayed for 3 nights on July 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Good location very close to Charing cross railway station. Buffet breakfast was quite Good with several options. Rooms were average. Staff good and helpful. Nice Bar close to restaurant. There is also an Indian restaurant...More

Hotel good location staff very good but hotel a little tired looking could do with an upgrade but is still good value for money. Very easy to get to any where in the city as it is close to all amenities also pubs and restaurants.

I meant to say the main doors usually get locked at 11pm but your key opens the one around the side.

Ive never been asked for ID ive just filled in the paperwork on arrival, however I did have to give them the booking reference number that i got when I paid on-line, The reception desk is on the ground floor as you walk... More
