Booked direct with Accor and would’ve been nice to be forewarned that the hotel was undergoing some major reconstruction. The lobby was closed off and check in was slow via a smart phone, was a little off putting with construction workers and dust sheets everywhere. The room

I am sorry to hear that your stay was not what you expected of us but thank you for taking the time to share how you felt about your stay. I understand our refurbishment can cause some disruption during your stay and we do try our best to keep this to a minimum. However on this occasion I can see this was not the case and offer my sincerest apologies for that. Never hesitate to contact a member of the team available 24 hours who are more than happy to help. I do hope we can welcome you back after May to enjoy our brand new look. Kind Regards, Sapphire

Very friendly staff and helpful. Quick checking in and out. Cozy hotel. They were remodeling during my stay but it wasn't inconvenient. The room was a little small but it was very clean. Beds were comfortable to sleep. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We were out all day

What are the restaurant prices/menu like?
We found the prices fair for the menu that we chose, however, if you step out of the hotel and take a 5 min walk you will be on Sauchiehall St which offers every kind of food imaginable.

Good morning As one of our previous guest already mentioned we work with a laundry company indeed. Except for Sundays or special occasions, we usually advise the guest to drop the bag early morning, it is then picked up and dropped back same day. You just have to come at the reception to pay the charge and that's it. We have an ironing room you can use should you wish to use it afterwards. Vincent
