The hotel was booked because of the location for the secc and the fact it had onsite free parking. The pictures on the website really don't show how this hotel really is. We were in room 125 and was very Dissapointed when we walked through the door. The mattress was like a water bed and urgently needs replaced, the springs...

Thank you for amazing time, room was beautiful and clean, the bathroom was great especially the corner bath, staff so helpful and friendly especially Fabrizio who was very welcoming and friendly nothing was too much bother, again thank you for a great stay in Glasgow x

Hotel stay was pleasant enough. Staff friendly , good location. Very noisy at start of week at night slept poorly . Hotel door shutting very loud. Good breakfast every morning . My evening meals in restaurant were lovely.

Had a lovely stay and our dog was allowed with us. We will definitely be back! Staff were brilliant too :) well done to you all. Me and my boyfriend had a lovely time and were made to feel very welcome

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and would have booked into another hotel had our stay been longer. The hotel appeared to be very tired and run down. This is easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere, I never thought my hometown would ever have a hotel in such a state. On arrival you enter a very shabby reception area with cracked floor tiles and very dated furniture. You cannot check in before 15:00hrs and car parking is behind the premises and its pot luck...

Worst hotel I have stayed in , dirty , run down , cold, damp, heating not working, lamps not working, lights hanging from the bathroom ceiling, bars had no Coke a cola ??? Breakfast too many guest trying to get breakfast in a small dingy room , really disappointed!!!!!

Superb, stay all the time when in Glasgow, very good price, clean and tidy, comfortable, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for regular business visitors. Situated in the west end there is a wide selection of restaurants

Hi there.....stayed at the devoncove hotel for 3 nights....excellent results from all departments....warm and friendly service from all members of staff which include....breakfast area...room service...reception desk...and also general information as required.... Bedroom clean and tidy every day..... Included was free parking....tv..Wi-Fi. and overall a fantastic location with only a few minutes walk from the kelvingrove art gallery and museum...will definitely...
