Hotel is very friendly we had Scottish breakfast on last day before getting train home. This hotel is great and the staff were on hand to help me as my mobility is not so good. The young gentleman who checked us in was so so helpful. Well Done to all the staff

Hi Robbti, You'll have no problem with your bags, you leave them in the bar area which is under CCTV coverage and the very helpful reception staff look out for it ! Cheers, Skeney.

Cant comment on the luggage system but I did have problems with lack of hot water. Couldn't get any in my room either early morning or early evening. Perhaps I was just unlucky.

Dear Guest We have a discounted parking rate of £8 per 24 hours within the Q-Park on Adams Court Lane G1 4NL. The car park is less than 5 min walk from the hotel the discount voucher can be requested at check out and used when returning to collect your car after your stay and through out had you be staying for more nights and wish to take your car out daily please request enough vouchers. Multiple night stay will just be calculated on returning i.e. 48 hours £18 (Van and Mini bus parking may not be possible please check directly with QPark for the dimensions) on 0141 243 2659 I hope this is of help to you please contact me if i can help you any further.
