We stayed here because the City Centre hotels were fairly full, and at £43 for B&B, this was excellent value. A short walk from the Glasgow Underground (Hillhead), so no problems getting to the centre, or Ibrox which we were visiting for the International football. The hotel is on a main road, but not noisy. The bedroom was very comfortable...

We booked the Clifton hotel for a concert at the Hydro. Good location, approx 5 mins in a taxi to hydro. Approx 10 min to town centre/bus station. The room was clean, spacious, tea facilities, wardrobe. I didn't see an iron or hair dryer which I would expect in a hotel. Also could be done with replacement windows as you...

Myself and my girlfriends stayed here on the 6th of September and found it to be very lovely place. We booked four poster bed for a night at £69 and we were very pleased with it. The service was very high standard we came in half an hour early than the check in time and were shown to our room...

This is a Comfortable, quiet, friendly hotel. It is in a great location near Glasgow University. Restaurants in easy walkinf distance nearby. I enjoyed my stay. Is better than some of the reviews here suggest. I would come back here.

We stopped over in Glasgow for a night in the small double room. On our way to the Scottish Highlands, no problems at all, just the small parking lot to the rear, quite difficult to park, £5 charge. Breakfast was OK, full Scottish breakfast available, was hoping for a continental style breakfast, reasonable quality. Would definitely stay again, good location...

I stayed here for 1 night the receptionist on arrival was very pleasant despite my late arrival. My room was clean and spacious, yes the wardrobe was just an alcove but that's not too unusual these days. Bed clean and comfy and I had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was the let down, staff had difficulty understanding English and as...

What a disappointment. I was staying for 4 days and, had I been staying longer, I would have considered looking for somewhere else to stay. The best thing about the hotel was its location in the west end of Glasgow and very close to Oran Mor, which was important to me as I was attending a wedding there. Apart form...

After paying £100 for my partner and I to stay for one night in the VERY small double room I was disgusted to be welcomed by a totally revolting brown stained white towel on my bed, the inside handle of the door was hanging off along with a screw (or two) missing from the Yale lock- this make me feel...
