You have to be fit to stay here as it is on a hill. The hotel was nice as were the staff. I enjoyed my stay and the continental breakfast was good for the price. Would stay again. I liked the way it was like stepping back in time and it is so close to the west end shops it...

We stayed for three nights in this interesting hotel. Various young members of staff were on hand at different times to provide assistance. Room 7 on the second floor was very comfortable, the only criticism being the absence of secondary glazing which meant that the noise of the traffic on the main road was quite noisy at times. Edwardian styled Hotel on a vibrant street. loads of bars and restaurants. Perfect for a short stay and a spring board for Glasgow. Full of character, great staff. highly recommended. Very steep stairs!!

I stayed here for one night. its an ok hotel for the price. the staff were very helpful and the location is central enough. the continental breakfast is also ok. Liked my room. it was clean and the bed was comfortable

Lovely hotel in a lovely location didn't get up for breakfast rooms were clean when booking ask where the room will be as the attic rooms are up a lot of stairs. Staff nice and friendly and your able to leave your bags there while you go exploring
