Knocked on the door looking to camp and the owner very kindly informed us that although they weren't running the B&B and cafe this year we would be welcome to camp in the back field. It's a fantastic spot overlooking the bay, where we watched seals bobbing around for most of the evening. As the B&B is closed at the...

We camped here in there back field. There website offers 'free of charge wild camping' overlooking the bay. (Spotted 8!yes 8 seals in the bay from my tent) You can also visit the cafe for a tasty cooked breakfast (ordered the night before). Brian the host was exceptionally welcoming and we throughly enjoyed our stay. We felt that it was...

About 20 minutes drive from Dunnet Head Scotland. Has a cafe which serves great! meals at the drop of a hat. Rooms are smallish but comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Close to spectacular scenery.

We spent one night at Dunnet Head B&B when travelling the North of Scotland. The owners are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The view from the back of the house over the sea and cliffs ist just amazing. Breakfast was good and parking is available. There is a common living room for guests, unfortunately the only place with decent WIFI...

The location of this place is great, a the top of a cliff and Dunnet head near by. The owner were very welcoming. As mention in other reviews, this is an old place, you have to adjust your expectation, but I was very satisfied with my stay at the Dunnet Head B and B. We had a good night of...

We stayed one night (September 2013) in a quite large room, with twin beds. Unfortunately, the room was a little worn and the beds uncomfortable. On the positive, the hosts Tina and Brian were very friendly as were other guests. We had a very good dinner at the Northern Sands Hotel, just a short drive. Next morning we had a...

The location is great just on top of the cliff, and there is an incredible view on the sea. The bedroom was ok, it's not luxury, it's a little bit old and dusty but it's convenient for one or two nights. Brian and Tina are welcoming and helpful, we could even park our motorbike in their garage (that was luxury...

Just spent one night here on our way to John o groats, to meet our son and his buddies after their end to end charity ride. This little place was as quirky as you can get, but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Brian and Tina are so welcoming, and the views from the back of the property are amazing. There's a...

We just stayed one night on our way to Orkney and had a very enjoyable stay. We had a good night's sleep - which is what you pay for in a B&B - in what I can only describe as an unusual room. Yes - the shower cublicle and washbasin are in the room - at one end and screened...
