Spent three nights here and had a wonderful time thanks to the lovely landlady June who looked after us very well. Bedroom was spacious and clean, lovely guest lounge with beautiful view over the harbour wall and sea, breakfast very good with several choices. Look forward to returning soon.

By far, the thing that makes the Seaview Guest House worth visiting was our hostess June. She made us feel so at home and was the kindest, funniest, dearest of all the hosts we had on a two week trip throughout Scotland. We were the only guests at the time, and she kept us laughing. There was a cozy common... More

June had to leave for Newcastle before we arrived and very kindly arranged for us to stay at another B&B just around the corner so we cannot say much about the Seaview other than the fact that there is clearly a dog onsite, which the neighbour was looking after while June was away, but there is nothing mentioned on the... I am sorry that i had to go away unexpected. I feel your review is unjust because you never entered my property. My dog is a family pet that never enters the b&b because this is completely seperate from my personal accomodation. My dog does not shed hair, he is of a breed that does not shed. I had this... I had stayed here in 2013 whilst on a motorcycle tour and when I was going to be on tour in the area again I couldn't resist a return visit. On arrival I was met by June (the proprietor) who remembered my friends and I and was as welcoming and as helpful as I remember. Nothing was too much trouble... More

June is as mad as a hatter. Made us feel more than welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was excellent. For the money you just can't get better. Watch out for Stevie the tame Seagull. lol :)

Had a wonderful stay here with my cousin last night. Room was cosy and comfy, shower hot, breakfast great (and our early rise due to our train accommodated with a smile and an early breakkie). Wonderful, from the heart welcome from June the landlady, a smashing Geordie lady who couldn't do enough for us at the end of a few... More

June is a wonderful hostess, and the room (family room) was cosy and comfortable. June makes a lovely breakfast. The location is stunning - on the coast - the name of the property is quite appropriate. And Wick is a short pleasant walk away. Could not recommend more highly - thank you June - we'll be back!

June is a sweetie and very welcoming and funny. Watch out for Glenn the (not so) savage dog. Large bedroom and upstairs is a view of the entire harbour and wharf area where she tells us we might see otters, seals and whales. Alas we didn't but the view was good alone.

Our tour guide put us up here for two nights. June met us at the door with a grin and a hug and showed us our room.It was very clean and comfortable and we both enjoyed great nights of sound sleeping. Our breakfast was made to order and June went out of her way to please. Her stories will leave... More

We were cycling from Lands End to John o Groat's and stayed one night. The location was great and the landlady, June, was so welcoming. We had to leave at 6 am the next day to catch a train so would miss breakfast. June would not have this and got out her bed at 5 am and made us a... More
