Immaculate rooms and an incredibly friendly and helpful host. The breakfast was very generous and tasty. There’s not a lot in Wick though we made the most of our time there and ate at the recommended Queens Hotel, which was quirky, but adequate.

Terrible customer service from start to finish. The owner knows nothing of the sort on how to treat customers. As soon as we walked through the door it was just unpleasant. Nothing welcoming about the place. The smell inside we thought was just maybe us getting used to the surroundings, but god it was smelly too.

Stopped here for just one night on our NC500 tour. Wick is a great little town. The Clachan room was comfortable and spotless. Several restaurants within walking distance and parking is availble on the street right in front of the B&B. Great breakfast in the morning. Be mindful of the check-in time. We were a bit early and interrupted the owner who works from home. She was very gracious about it but we still felt badly.

A really large twin room and ensuite (which makes a lovely change). Ample storage/wardrobe space. Comfy chairs from which to watch TV. The hosts were efficient and approachable. Good breakfast. Off-street parking for two cars.

Sadly, this accommodation wasn’t for us. The hosts were friendly and the room was clean and decor fresh but the walls were very thin and we heard all the plumbing noises from the other rooms. It felt a bit like being in a mobile home. Bed was comfortable, but just a double. Breakfast was very basic but not much cereal choice and the cheap, wrapped pastries were not appealing. It very much felt like a budget breakfast and after 9 days of travelling around you really notice the difference between amazing B&Bs and satisfactory B&Bs. The breakfast room lacked character and it felt quiet and awkward eating breakfast. We were pleased we only booked one night. There is only room for one car to park on the driveway. We ended up outside the football pitch next door, which was busy. No nice views, nothing much in Wick at all.…

Fanatstic place to stay!! The room was very clean and comfy bed too. Its very modern and the breakfast selection was amazing. Graeme & Lydia are wonderful hosts and very friendly. The added bonus was there lovely dog, Oscar, so friendly and a nice change. A wonderful place to stay as it is very central to shops, the harbour and Pulteney distillery. I would definitely recommend you stay here!!!

We received a lovely warm welcome on arrival. Excellent room and facilities; we loved the tartan carpet! Fantastic breakfast which set us up nicely before our journey and ferry to Orkney. A brilliant place to stay and conveniently situated for the town.

Good location for an over night stay and a walk around the town and harbour. Despite the room being a little run down and grout needed a good clean we had a decent stay here on our trip. Can be noisy as used by coaches which can leave at 6.30am for day trips.

Good evening. We are very upset by this review as it is quite clearly not for our guest house. We are in Wick in Caithness. We have absolutely no grout in the entire house and there are no coach parties we only have 4 rooms. Can you please take down this review and post to the correct Clachan there are quite a few in Scotland or at least tell me your name and date of stay
