We stayed at the Roseneath b&b for 15 nights whilst staying in Inverness. We always had 5 star service from Abe who is the owner. He was extremely accomodating. Always checking if we needed an iron and ironing board for our clothes and even offered to do some laundry for us. Every morning at breakfast we were asked what our... More

At Roseneath Guest House I had a great stay in the welcoming with particular epoque design. Breakfast is really good and freshly cooked, the Scottish specialities Haggies and Black pudding are sourced from the best local butcher that has it's own kettle. Best back pudding I ever had and it really made me a fan of it. Very very clean,... More

Enough can't be said about the great hospitality Ab provides his guests at Roseneath. A native of Inverness, he was able to provide us with many suggestions of places to go, and which ones to avoid. We had 3 wonderful nights here. The B&B is right near the river and such an easy walk to everything. We put the car in the drive (such a bonus) and left it there. Accommodation was very clean, very comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast offered full Scottish meal! Ab, our host was super attentive, gave us lots of advice... More

The B&B is conveniently located near the River Ness and within walking distance to the popular shops, restaurants, the Castle, & museums downtown. Ab (our host) is very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and is quick to give suggestions. We had the triple room which was clean and well furnished. The shower had somewhat low water pressure but worked out... More
