A complete service .. from booking to check out ... have used the hotel on many occasions for various things ... staff are pleasant and helpful the ops manager always goes the extra mile! 33 Church St is a great bar , if a little expensive but a very comfortable ambience

Of all the places I've stayed. This was the worst. The rooms are old and do nothing to dim the noise of the drunks on the street at all hours of the night weekdays as well as weekends. we did not care for them or their resteraunt where he service was very slow.

Stopped here on our way up to the Orkneys (only because I recognize the name from our Amsterdam trip) - a nice, warm, comfortable stay in a big room facing Church Street with a lovely buffet style breakfast but the bar is very expensive. All in all, a good experience, all staff
