Was on a road trip through Scotland with friends and we decided to rent an open canoe for a few hours. It was a bit last minute but they were very accommodating. JC was also very patient with our obvious lack of experience, knowledge and sense of direction. He made sure we had a great time though and I will...

Ignore all negative reviews. We hired two open top canoe's for 5 days to complete the trail. John and Tina were very welcoming and friendly. John is very knowledgeable and gave us an excellent briefing prior to the trip to ensure we had a safe experience and also gave us top tips on where to camp, eat and drink. He...

John and Tina were great host and the equipment was excellent. John has an impressive 30+ experience in guided tours and training in Fort William. Being from Yorkshire he doesn't suffer fool but you would be a fool not to listen to him when it comes to safety. We had a great laugh with John on the trip out and...

Was fantastic ! We started at the bunk house. All the bedding was clean and the accommodation was spotless ! We rented all equipment we needed from John and Tina ! The kit was in great condition ! We headed out on our trip and one of the more heavy handed paddlers managed to snap his paddle this was not...

I organised through the owners a cross Scotland trip. Tina and John could not have been more helpful. They come with their own wonderful northern charm which some might not get but is absolutely wonderful. (I'm a southerner and loved it) John is one of the most knowledgeable minds on the area whether it be canoeing, kayaking white water, climbing...

This is the 4th or 5th occasion we have used this accommodation whilst motorcycling around Scotland. Most recently we have stayed in the Anvil, an upstairs two bedroomed apartment with small kitchen/dining/seating area. The hosts are friendly and accommodating always responding to requests immediately. We are a group of 4 and able to relegate the snorers to the larger bedroom...

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here! We didn't stay in the lodge so can't comment on that, but we did complete an afternoon open canadian canoe course, and rent two canoes for 5 days on the Great Glean Canoe Trail and loved every bit of it. John was extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense...

We spent 4 days as a family (with a toddler!) and the experience has been great. Tina (manager/owner) was nice and explained everything promptly. The apartment itself was cleaner than some hotel rooms I have been in and the equipment was enough for a place you only use for sleeping and eating with so many things to explore around.

Me and my family were staying at a nearby self catering apartment in Corpach and wanted to hire some bikes. I had done an internet search and the nearest bike hire had seemed to be Nevis Cycles so we were delighted to see somewhere so close and convenient to hire bikes. The lady in the office was pleasant but her...

The only thing I can think of is the owners have seen and heard it all before, and has had it with folks. What an amasing chance for a young couple to grab this bussiness and run as theres another 30 years in it, just needs £250,000.00 spending on the place There you go, as for the expodition we had...
