I really love this Hostel/Guest house. It's great to come and go as and when you like, you can meet new people nearly every day when staying for a few days, or you can avoid others is you so wish. Plus the staff are always really great, so friendly, great to talk to and it's always a pleasure to see...

This hostel is lovely and clean. The owner was very kind and the rooms were well managed. The bathrooms were good and the house is quiet. There are however no cooking facilities and the hostel is about 20mins walk from Inverness town centre. Overall, good value for money and would recommend for the traveler looking for cheap but good accommodation

Found this place whilst staying at nearby Cannich what a gem for food we stayed a week and ate here several times, the food is amazing all local produce cooked fresh to order and it shows in the amount of clean plates. On our last visit we were the last people in and after the meal we sat in the...

We stayed in the upstairs Bedroom at the front of the house. Based on the reviews I read when I booked it it was the better of the rooms. It wasnt too bad. Very quaint little house. The room stank of bleach or something. But otherwise not bad for what we paid. I wasnt expecting too much so that helps....

We arrived pretty later and the owner waited up for us to greet us and show us our room. We booked for a four dorm but he moved us into a twin room, which was great. The place had everything: a TV, kettle and tea and coffee making facilities in room as well as a sink; the lounge had a...

When we arrived, the owner was not around but after a phone call he talked us through the check in procedures. The house is very simple, with a shared bathroom which was clean but one bathroom is everything but not enough for a house with at least 5-6 rooms. The dining room is small, you can find cutlery and plates,...

I had booked in for one night with my friends attending a local festival. The exterior of the house could do with some TLC as the garden and 'bench' really could do with a little touch up. We had to check in ourselves which wasn't an issue as the owner is very easy to contact via telephone, is very polite...

My goodness where do I begin with this atrocious excuse for a hostel? I was given the "chalet" (aka glorified garden shed, no kidding) which consisted of one room with a single bed, another room with "kitchen" items (kettle and microwave but no cutlery or crockery) and a separate toilet. I arrived in February on a cold night and was...

Good location close to the bus stop 10 minutes from city centre, or 25 minute walk along River Ness (would recommend the walk!). Close to large sports grounds - bring a football! Small breakfast room with some board games, bathroom good size and clean. Rooms outdated with the most uncomfortable bed, but otherwise good.

The place is good, individual shower, the kitchen/living room is comfortable and the hosts are really lovely and kind. Depending on the season, you can share the room with your friends (there will be place for 4 people, for example, in the same room) and bring food to use the microwave.
