Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

From arrival to departure everything was good. Staff were professional and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Paul and Kerrin who were lovely and made us feel so welcome . Breakfast was tasty, if a little cold. Evening meal was delicious

I had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn, whilst in Inverness. The staff was very accommodating and respectful, especially Maria and Garry, who made my stay more delightful. The breakfast is great, the rooms are spacious and lovely. The others guests weren't noisy. The walk to/from town is lovely, as it's the location of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location just the other side of the river to than main part of town. It was quiet and exactly what i required for my stay. There is limited parking but I was checked in at around 3 and there was still plenty of availability. It would be good if there was slightly more parking like other premier Inn;s but other than that it was great hotel in a great location.

Nice and clean rooms, very friendly and welcoming staff who were happy to help the minute you walked in, we ate breakfast at the restaurant twice and it was good value, with a nice relaxed atmosphere. Perfect location for exploring the city centre and easy access to the train station! Would definitley stay here again. (4 stars because in the main corridor to our room, there was a distinct smell of we think, damp- but this did not travel into the room and didn't affect us really much at all!)

Overnight stay for a hospital appointment. Stayed in January with family because of price but was very pleasantly surprised so came back. Perfect central location, super staff, good standard of cleanliness/rooms. Just Pillows let it down

As someone who has stayed a Premier inn many times, this stay compounded my view that the quality of service at premier inn has been going down recently. Reception staff were not present at the time of checking out- I want to leave my bags there so I didn’t have to take them around Inverness for work yet no receptionist was there despite using the bell twice. The food quality wasn’t as good as I remember before with the bacon being very dry. The Room was fine but the service of the hotel has brought my rating down.

Clean and comfortable room we were in deluxe overlooking the river. Very good value for money and there was a deal on for breakfast and dinner with a drink for £24.99 which was great value and tasty. Very handy location.

Really nice location in the town centre overlooking the River Ness. Friendly staff and nice food. Booked the Premier Plus room, well worth it, included fridge with complimentary water, additional lighting, coffee machine and brilliant walk-in shower. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay, nice hotel, friendly staff. The rooms are nice but could do with a little bit of a deep clean, on the surface looks nice, just a few tweets and it would be perfect.Overall a very pleasant stay.
