For our entire tour of Scotland, we stayed only at Premier Inns which included this one from Aug 22nd to Aug 27th, 2014. We found the staff to be helpful and very personable, especially Jeff and Claire. Jeff is a marvellous server and a great credit to Inverness Centre (River Ness). Not only is he trilingual but he enjoys being...

Not a good start to my stay at Inverness. I stay with premier inn a lot. Normally when parking may be difficult. The hotel manager will send an email giving advice on where to park. I spent almost 1 hour trying to find a space. As all the roads surrounding the hotel are permit parking only. It's not acceptable that...

great accomodation in a great location, 1 minute walk from the city centre only let down by limited parking facilities. we didnt purchase breakfasts or dinners as it was half the price in the town. Helpful staff. Would definitely use again.

I stayed here with my mom for 4 week nights on our trip to Scotland. The location of the hotel was great, we were able to walk everywhere including the train/bus stations in less than 10 mins. The staff at the front desk were really friendly. Check in was very fast, no wait at all. The room was kept clean...

Road closures and roadworks made this a tricky place to actually find. You could see it but with closed roads it was a bit of a nightmare. Check in was quick. Was very surprised when the fire alarm went off and we discovered that there was not a telephone in the room. Had to go down to reception to find...

Dear Travelned, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I feel very disappointed to hear you found the overall experience basic at best. At Premier Inn we are very well known for the quality of service we deliver to our guests. It is, however apparent we haven’t delivered our promise on this occasion. Road closures and road...

Spent a night here in August during our Highlands tour. The location is perfect (couple minute walk from centre of town) and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and bigger than expected. Only complaint would be the limited parking at the hotel. Other than that enjoyed my stay here and would...

The walk in shower in the disabled room was excellent. Although I am not in a wheelchair but just have limited mobility the room would be excellent for someone in a wheelchair also. Other disabled rooms I have had at Premier Inns have not had a walk in shower. Overall the hotel was excellent and as I was able to...

Stayed 2 nights at the Premier Inn in early July 2014. Nice hotel with a great location. Jordan (sp?) at the check in desk was very helpful pointing out dinner options went above and beyond retrieving an item we had left in a taxi.

We recently had a short trip to Inverness, mainly for the train journey through the wonderful scenery, and stayed 2 nights at the. Premier Inn. I was surprised to find how difficult it was to find anything in Inverness for a Wed & Thurs nights at anything like a reasonable price so had to settle for the Premier Inn, fortunately...
