Highly recommended Craigiewood does not disappoint from the moment we were warmly greeted at the parking space to a follow-up email after our departure. Communication prior to our visit was speedy and informative. Our room had everything we needed plus more for extreme comfort

That is such a truly lovely review which I honestly do not feel that I deserve! I loved having you both to stay and only wish that it could have been for much longer. I also so appreciated that wonderful photos of Beloved Bertie that you so kindly sent to me! Am rather amazed that you found the internet so good as it is very slow - but great that it worked OK for you. Roll on the next guests from The Raleigh Book Club!! But you two must come back and stay very soon. Best wishes to you both.

Spend 3 days at Graigiewood in May, Minty welcomed us and we felt at home instantly. Araminta created an unconstrained atmosphere in this lovely cottage and garden. A ideal place to come to rest for a couple of days. Plenty to do in the area as well. Inge and Rob.

A three day stay with a wonderful and engaging hostess, Araminta (or Minty). This cottage is set in a great garden setting which has a feeling of subtle isolation. Isolated it is not though with facilities within easy driving distance. Rooms were well presented, clean and

I am so sorry not to have responded before but I have never received a question through Tripadvisor before!! I am afraid that I am fully booked from the 3rd August onwards but do have availability from the 30th for 4 nights. I expect, by now, you will have got other accommodation. Once again, my apologies. Kind regards, Araminta

"Idyllic and tranquil setting."
"peaceful countryside place to stay"
"All rooms are lovely"
"Send Minty an email- she responds very quickly!"
"The downstairs room has two extra long twin beds and a beautiful view of the side garden, My 6'4" husband was able to sleep quite comfortably. An extra added bonus was the additional sink in the room, it made getting ready easier, and the tub was also very long and comfy to soak in. By far this B&B had the best lighting in the bathroom of pour whole trip!"
