This is a lovely B&B, close to the city centre & all local attractions. The proprietor, Mrs Gordon is a very welcoming & accommodating host. The rooms were spotless & the breakfast fantastic, hence why we have stayed twice. This is a great place to stay on a visit to Inverness.

Our two day stay was wonderful - comfortable room with all the amenities. Guest House has lovely patio and library rooms to relax and enjoy as well. Beautiful breakfast, made to order. A short five minute walk to downtown Inverness to all the tourist areas, restaurants and shops!! Thoroughly enjoyed.

A party of five stayed in this lovely friendly guest-house set just 6 minutes walk from the centre of Inverness. We took 2 rooms and the 'cottage' which is a self-catering unit complete with kitchen, lounge and bathroom. We received a warm welcome from Agnes and her family. Everything was spotless and we immediately felt at home. Guests can use...

The place is located near town centre and is easy to find. It is so convenient that you can easily make a trip to the McDonald's for supper if you are still hungry after dinner (and we did that). The house is beautifully done up,clean and comfortable. We slept well and wished we could stay longer. We checked in late...

Great location, within walking distance of pubs, shopping centre and castle. The owner, Agnes and her family, are very welcoming and make you feel at home. Rooms are all very similar and have all the usual things you expect in a Guesthouse, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, shower and a separate sink.... But what makes this place comfy is...

We have stayed both at the B and B and also the cottage. Everything is just lovely and that is from a very picky person. If you stay B and B the breakfast is great and the room so clean. Staying at the cottage which we did a few weeks ago, to spend time with my very unwell mother in...
