Inverglen is a Victorian stone villa built in 1894 with many traditional features as well as modern comforts. Our B&B is situated in the quiet residential Crown area, which is only five minutes walk to the centre of Inverness. Therefore, the range of shops, restaurants & pubs are easily visited, while leaving your car in our private car park. The Inverness Railway Station and Inverness Bus Station are also only 5 to 10 minutes walk away or, if your cases are heavy, a very short and inexpensive taxi ride. Inverness Airport is only 15 minutes away by car.

John and Susan were so nice from the get go! They were helpful, accommodating, and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a nice stay. We stayed for three nights and the beds were really comfortable, the shower was just what we needed after a long day, and the breakfast was

Hi Hannah Thanks so much for your kind review and we're so pleased that you both enjoyed your stay with us at Inverglen Guest House. It was great to meet you both, and you certainly explored the area well during your 3 nights with us, including a trip to Skye, a train journey down to walk in the Cairngorms, and the trek around Inverness and down the Caledonian canal! We appreciate your recommendation, and hope that the rest of your year of volunteering in Glasgow is really fulfilling and enjoyable. Kind regards, Susan

If I could give more stars, I would. This was by far the best accommodation we had in Scotland or Ireland. The hosts were very welcoming and aimed to please. The locally harvested breakfast was to die for and the rooms are large and comfortable with wonderful showers and cable

Susan was so warm and welcoming! We were a bit late checking in and I was exhausted from a long day. I decided to skip dinner that night and Susan was quick to offer me some homemade coconut cake. So thoughtful and so yummy! Breakfasts were delicious, room was comfy and we

Hi Guys Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review about your recent stay at Inverglen, and we're so pleased that you enjoyed your time with us, and especially that you enjoyed the cake! We live in a beautiful part of the world, but our roads are quite narrow and windy, so it can be hard to estimate exactly how long a journey is going to take even with no accidents on the route. Thanks for letting me know you would be arriving late as then I can prepare for all eventualities! We hope you had a safe journey home and took away some amazing images and memories of your Scottish adventure. Kind regards, Susan & John

Hello Sandy. Sorry for the delayed response, but I've only just seen your query. All our availability and prices are shown on our website, but during the busy season we usually have a minimum stay policy of two or more nights unless we have a one night gap appears in our diary. We hope you enjoy your tour of the NC 500, which is proving to be a very popular route.
