We enjoyed a one night stay at the Ardrhu Hotel and what a perfect experience it was. We were welcomed at the entrance by the hotel manager Andrejas who attentively showed us around the characterful hotel including to our room. We arrived just in time for the afternoon tea and cake offering which was a welcome treat after climbing Ben Nevis. You are shown the dinner options which for this intimate hotel are extensive. Dinner was cooked and served to perfection and staff all seem passionate about what they serve up. Buffet breakfast in the morning was also a feast. Room was excellent. Spa facilities were an added bonus and food was exquisite. Can’t recommend a stay here more highly. We will definitely be staying again on any visits back up to Scotland.

Hotel positioned in a absolutely stunning setting with wonderful views. Staff couldn't be more pleasing and always on hand when needed. Evening meal totally amazing, chef absolutely top of his game and food quality excellent. Langoustines largest I've seen, full of meat, and lamb cooked to perfection. Cocktails served were excellent and decent wine selection. We were in the Emperor Room with a four poster bed which was very comfortable. Bathroom was stunning with double shower and attention to detail not seen outside of 5 star London hotels Will be back

Two things stood out: the two staff who could not have worked harder, and the location. The rest, from the budget B&B style cold breakfast, to the bizarre open kitchen layout, to the ‘private’ ( no external lock!) bathroom across the corridor, would be poor for a three star hotel, and was dreadful for the price point here. Again, the staff could not have done a better job, being so underesourced to provide a decent dinning experience.

This hotel has stunning outlooks over the sea. From when we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly and they offered us a choice of home baking with coffees as part of our welcome. The hotel has quirky decor with interesting pieces of furniture. The room and en suite we’re lovely in particular we found the bed and pillows comfy, an excellent shower as we like it strong and an interesting toilet/bidet. We spend the afternoon relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi with some Prosecco admiring the views. We ate in one of their outdoor pods and the food and service were excellent. I look forward to returning in the future.

Thank you Ardrhu Team for giving us such attentive hospitality. We had an early flight on our check out day so they provided us with a packed lunch as we could not have breakfast. The location is fantastic and close to Ben Nevis and the beautiful Lochs. We used the Garden Bedroom and we loved the unique fixtures and fittings and attention to detail. The complimentary steam room and jacuzzi was a great facility after a long day hiking! Definitely recommend having their dinner at least once during your stay as food was delicious!
