Amazing apartment with fantastic views . Friendly and very helpfull hosts too made this a perfect trip for exploring the glorious Highlands. The location is within easy walking distance of the town centre which has plenty great places to eat and enjoy a night out after sightseeing

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need, beautifully clean,a really comfortable bed and pillows. The view is wonderful across the loch. Fort william centre is only a short distance about a 10 minute walk away, lunch in the Old deli is really good. Andrew and Nicola are really helpful and are on hand if you need anything. It is so peaceful at the apartment, we would recommend Duachy Apartments to any couple wanting to go to Fort William. Definitely 10/10

This year is our fifth year of booking Duachy Apartments. We have found that there is no better place to stay in Fort William for several reasons. The quality of the apartment is excellent with all the amenities that you would need for a great stay. The decoration is finished to a very high standard. This is an incredibly comfortable place with underfloor heating and a smart TV/DVD player. In particular, the drying room, dehumidifier, washing machine & clothes dryer is really useful for those who have been hiking or taking part in other outdoor pursuits.
The location of the apartment is excellent, with beautiful views overlooking the Loch and the mountain range. It is only a short walk into Fort William to get to restaurants, shops and outdoor activity places such as the climbing wall and cycle hire. In addition, the location of the apartment means there are several beautiful walks right on your doorstep including the Cow Hill circular taking you into the Nevis Range. Parking is available right at the front of the apartments which is very convenient.
Each year we have had such a warm welcome from Andrew and Nicola including a welcome gift that is much appreciated of wine and chocolates/ locally produced biscuits. We will be returning for many years to come.

We spent a relaxing week in Cedar apartment in August 2022 . The accommodation was clean , well equipped, and only a short walk from the amenities of Fort William town centre. There was an attractive terraced area which afforded stunning views over loch Linnhe . The owners lived on site and we’re unobtrusive but provided recommendations on local walks and places to visit to visit. As a result we enjoyed several local walks and a lovely visit to Camusdarach beach an hours drive away.

Just come home from a fabulous week staying in the Birch Apartment. The apartment was immaculate, it had all home comforts you could think of more. Spectacular views and lovely terrace and the bed was extremely comfortable. The wine and goodies on arrival was a lovely touch. Having use of the leisure facilities of a nearby hotel was extremely welcoming after a long day’s hike and a lovely extra. The hosts were lovely and gave us lots of recommendations of lovely places to eat. All of which were great! The apartment is in a great location for exploring stunning locations in and around Scotland and also very close to all the local amenities of Fort William. All in all we had a fabulous week at The Duachy, no complaints at all. It is definitely a luxury apartment and very good value for money. Would highly recommend and will definitely return soon.

We have been to Duachy Apartments twice now, September 2022 & August 2023. We enjoyed it so much we returned. The apartment was clean & comfortable like home from home. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view overlooking Loch Linnhe was beautiful especially at sundown. Andrew & Nicola are wonderful hosts living on site & there if you need anything. The walk to the town & to the harbour is a short distance & we recommend a boat trip on Loch Linnhe if sea legs allow. Overall we highly recommend staying here, Rowley & Sue Fletcher

Set in the quiet roads just off and above the town centre (10 minute walk and you're in the heart of Fort Williams). Superb views from the expansive balcony terrace. A quiet location at all times of the day.
A great base from which to explore the surrounding Scottish countryside.
Andrew and Nicola are wonderful hosts. Everything you'd expect from the wonderful people of Scotland, warm and very welcoming. Always on hand with advise on where to go and what to see.
The property itself is finished to a very high standard and has everything you need to make it feel like home, for however long you choose to stay.
I have no hesitation in recommending them and their property and will definitely be returning again.

Great quiet location and well equipped apartment. Only a short walk to town and has a lovely view across the Loch. The owners are close by and useful answering my questions. The place is warm especially for your feet being underfloor heating. I would definitely stay again.

We’ve just returned from a week’s stay at the Birch Apartment and we loved it!! We actually stayed next door at Cedar Apartment 4 years ago and that’s why we returned. We feel very comfy there, they have everything we need and everywhere is super clean. Andrew and Nicola are superb hosts and are there if needed. Ideally placed for a short walk down to the town to the great bars and restaurants after being out and about all day, A good work out of the calves getting back up the steps or hill but it works off some calories!!

Main part of view is covered by House & Roof which is barely seen in the photo also leads you to believe it is on private piece of Land but its on a housing estate.Bedroom is in open plan Living not even separate. No privacy. Shower Water pressure appalling. Wifi barely worked. Bike Lock up is against a Wall under an overhung roof. Apartment immaculate & Andrew very helpful however.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are pleased you found the apartment immaculate as we do our best to ensure the apartments are cleaned to a very high standard. We are sorry you were not aware the apartments are studio style apartments and do not have a separated bedroom. The apartments are located on Argyll Road (all private houses) and owned exclusively by us on private land including the parking. http://www.duachy-apartments.co.uk/location/ Thank you for bringing to our attention you had problem with the shower, we will ensure the showers are monitored for future guests. The showers were upgraded recently to Mira Sport Max Air Pump showers which are the top of the range Mira Shower. We are sorry we never had the opportunity to resolve the shower and Wifi connectivity problem during your stay as we would have resolved them immediately. The apartments have a 55mb fibre connection so Wifi should be excellent and there should have been no issue streaming multiple devices.
